“Our waitress Melissa was very kind and courteous! We also had Riley, Clair and Amy wait on us as well as Gavin bringing us our food! The tomato dill soup and the pasta New Orleans are my go-to when I come here! They are both sooo delicious and the bread is fresh served with an herb butter! Absolutely divine! They even have cute match books to take home with you! I love a good match book! The ambiance is great!!“

“We loved this restaurant overall! Our only complaint is where we were seated. We came to palmetto bluff and stayed on property for our twenty fifth wedding anniversary and we were sat at a small table off the main dining room that was placed right up to a wall cutting the rest of the dining room off. We still had a great experience! Our server Chad, was phenomenal and definitely softened the disappointment of our table location! The food was exceptional. Our favorite was the crab cake appetizer, the bread service, and the chicken dish. We also loved the surprise dessert with candle. Nice touch!! “Went for lunch today and will definitely be back. The owner Pete was working the bar, the indoor dining area and the outdoor dining area by himself. He was friendly, gracious and apologetic to our group of 4 for our wait. We had zero complaints. The food was great, the drinks on point and great atmosphere. He gave us a discount on our bill for the wait even though he was the only one whoever mentioned it! Recommend stopping in for the food, drinks and vibe. I’m sure Pete will be working and hope he serves you.“

“Food was good, service was ok. The host team could attempt smiling but it really seemed out of their ability, the server got us what we needed, but made no real effort at hospitality. They must of been grossly understaffed as we were on a wait with many others for a mostly empty restaurant. I will order togo next time. Not worth the extra tip to eat inside.“

“We stopped for a mid afternoon snack and beer and were so grateful we did! Azaria was our exceptional waitress, who was pleasant, sweet, answered questions, and gave recommendations. We had oysters and the crab/shrimp dip in the bread. My husband gets oysters whenever we visit a coastal area (we live on the coast in Delaware) and found the oysters from the May River to be the best he has had. The dip was perfect - thick, full of crab and shrimp, and not salty. We visit Bluffton every Spring and we will be back to Bluffton Family Seafood House! Also, we recommended this place to others already!“

“I can’t speak highly enough about Jacob and Phoenix. They both went above and beyond during our stay here and made each pool day spectacular. They have great service as well as great personalities making it better than any pool I’ve visited on property, or any other vacation property for that matter. “The three of us wanted to like this place because it's right next door to the hotel. So much so that after our first bad experience we decided to go back and give it another try! Ultimately, we decided it's just "meh". The servers and staff were great, but that's not the only thing we go to a restaurant for. If you just want a beer or a glass of wine it's perfect. If you want a mixed cocktail or anything off the menu ... just push onto the next place, it's bound to be better.“

The classic burger is delicious - hot, juicy, and made to order. The bacon, cheese fries were not greasy at all. They were also quite tasty. Heck, even the fountain drink was mixed well and great.

“Thank you BWW, our first order (take out) had several errors. It was not double checked and we didn't notice until we got home. I called and the Asst Manager was very apologetic and gave us a credit for another meal. We took advantage of that credit tonight (another take out order) and they were great! Outstanding food and service and they were so busy!! I'm leaving a great review because mistakes happen, we're all human. BWW made it right and really took care of us without any question. Excellent customer service right out the gate!“

“IHOP has good food for breakfast, but I have one complaint. I don't eat meat and ordered the 55+ Rise and Shine breakfast. For the "meat," I ordered the plant-based sausage but was charged extra because it was plant-based. For a LOWER price, I could have had a regular meal with the plant-based sausage and had pancakes inclusive. \n\nThe service was not great either and we had to redo the check.“
