“My husband and I were having a stressful day so we decided to come to this Starbucks to get a drink. The customer service given by a gentlemen named Karma was phenomenal! The staff that was working tonight was also super nice and helpful. Our drinks were delicious and Karma’s excellent customer service plus his friendly attitude and the staff’s hard work made our night! Thanks so much for a wonderful time.“

“Not a great Starbucks location. I understand Covid makes our lives more challenging and this can effect employees’ attitudes,....But in this store there is no seating at all (OK, we’re used to that,) but employees were sitting at a table near the back of store, where customers place orders WITHOUT MASKS. The waiting area for pick up is small and these same employees made it clear WE could not sit while waiting. Store should have been cleaner as well. Parking lot had trash. Not cool. Plenary of other places, even more Starbucks within a stones throw.“
