Both of us had the Fuji Apple Chicken Salads and EVERYTHING was 10 Star Delicious!!! We went to the Sam Rittenberg location:Clean & Workers were very nice & professional. NOW someone mentioned in their bad review that Music was way too loud WELL we have been going to this location for a long time and they have NEVER had any sound on so these reviews obviously are from locations everywhere so don't hesitate to go to Sam Rittenberg location because of bad reviews which are not applicable for their location... We don't!! As you can see I normally don't leave reviews often but felt this one was needed!!“
“I came in today for lunch. I ordered thru the app because there was a large group ahead of me. I selected no onions on my sandwich, due to an allergy. Unfortunately, on the Panera app, there is no way to inform of an onion allergy, only specific items they offer as allergens in a list. There were onions on my sandwich that I was lucky enough to notice before I bit one. I was able to remove them and eat around that area. As I was leaving, I brought the receipt and the onions in a napkin to the counter, to show a manager. Cynthia came to help me and offered to remake the sandwich, which I refused. Not because I was angry, but because I already ate my fill. I just wanted to inform the team, so they can be more careful in the future. If an ingredient selected to be removed from an item touches that item, the entire item needs to be discarded and started fresh, not just take it off and keep going. Not many people are allergic to onions, and luckily for me, mine isn't life threatening. But other people's allergy is. Cynthia was so understanding and kind. She offered me a free meal on my next visit. Absolutely top notch customer service, that one. She genuinely cares about people. It's obvious in her sincere interactions. Thank you, Cynthia!“
