Chicken Restaurants near Clover

“They don't even grease boxes like most others. They let the grease drain. Before serving.But I'm writing because when ordering I sort of jokingly asked Ms Kathy to pick the most Krispy brrast they had. She and two others actually took time and looked through to find that piece...Kudos to Ms Kathy and staff.“

“I came through the drive thru today 5/28/22 at the Zaxbys in Clover South Carolina it was not too busy at that time. My mom takes medications so i had to get food for her to take her meds. I ordered 2 cobb salads with no bacon and 3 chocolate cookies. I was told by the drive thru person that there was a wait for the cookies. She asked me to pull up to a white line and wait for 15 minutes so I did. We waited, waited and waited until I looked at my watch and seen 30 minutes had gone by. So I decided to call the Clover Zaxbys location instead of getting out of my car and a male answered and identified himself as the manager and we got into an argument because i had been waiting outside and i informed him that we had been waiting for our food for the last 30 minutes and no one from Zaxbys let us know our food was ready. I actually ended up going inside the restaurant. my order was wrong so they re-did with grilled chicken. I was told they were cooling the cookies but would be ready. This location in Clover Zaxbys South Carolina has gone down hill poor customer service and Vincent the manager was rude to me and when i was on the phone with him he hung up the phone on me. The lady at the drive thru window employee was rude as well andket giving nasty glares and looks as I ordered and got ice water for my mom to take her meds. I will not be returning again. food was not fresh. Someone needs to call the health department on them. I read the reviews about someone found a dead bird inside the restaurant.“

“Exceptional customer service and went out of their way to make sure the order was right and that I was treated like a valuable customer! And this location always takes care of my Nana when she comes in so she wanted me to mention how great they were as well! Great management!!“

“Very clean store. I do service work in these kind of stores and see all kind of crap behind the counters and in the kitchen areas. This store is very clean. So much so that I order food and drove 50 minutes back home to eat it than ordering KFC right down the street from my home.“

“Best customer service and food that I have had from KFC. I stopped going years ago but decided to see if things have changed. I waited 2nd in line. I was in and out in less than 10 mins. I drove the 10 minutes home and to my surprise the food was hot, the biscuits were delicious and the macaroni chesseyyyyy!“
