“Stopped in twice during our vacation. Line is long but the staff are consistently friendly. Great lattes-tried the Joan and the Lainey. Both smooth, flavorful but not overly sweet. Also had chocolate chocolate chip muffin which was fresh and yummy. Service top notch-as I waited for my order I listened as compliments were given to everyone at the pick up window (I like your necklace, love your bands,etc)-great way to start a day! Cute patio area to sit in.“

“After moving to Hilton Head, we discovered Sweet Al's. We have been ever Saturday since we found this gem. Great coffee, pastries. and the nicest owners and baristas. My husband had never had Whoppie Pies (I couldn't imagine). I bought a Sweet Al made Whoopie Pie. His first Whoppie Pie will not be his last! Sweet Al's an amazing, local business.“

“Brittany broke down Starbucks terminology for me. I appreciate it because words have meaning. From one side of this country to the other, batistas speak the same words with different implications of meanings. After enjoying my time, a gentleman walks up to me and says that Starbucks should use me in a commercial. He says that I look so comfortable and at peace. “The best burrito in Hilton Head, great margaritas (and also some of the best lattes). This used to be a hidden gem, but everyone is discovering just how good it is, so be prepared for a bit of a line. We love their breakfast burritos and their lunch as well. They source fresh, local fish, so I always get that option (breakfast or lunch)!“

“aside from Dafuskie Island being downright exhilarating, you have this spectacular coffee shop attached to history. We loved being able to take a step back in time and see all the neat little flyers and articles they had posted in the coffee shop, but the best part was the friendly service. We ordered 2 caramel frappes with a lemon and blueberry cake, and it was by far the best we have ever had. we have traveled to many places and we had no idea that the number one coffee spot would be on a secluded island with such down to earth people. this is a must have if you ever get the chance to visit this amazing place. 5 stars isn't enough!“
