“I found this coffee shop online on Sat, 12/23/23, when I was searching for one nearby since Buck 'N Brew (Landrum, SC) & Tandem Creperie (Travelers Rest) were both closed. I'm so glad I found this shop! Once I heard from Lori (1 of the owners) that their maple latte was made from maple that was driven down from VT (I'm originally from NH), I decided to try it - SOOOO good! Denis (Lori's hubby) told me their milk was from a nearby farm, so I got that in the latte; it was so smooth! I also ordered a trio berry scone that was yummy! So impressed with this place & the friendliness of the owners! I'll def be back to try the Winterberry drink. MERRY CHRISTMAS & TY!“

“I stopped by today and ordered a Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew, and honestly it was the best one I’ve ever had. Huge shoutout to Vika, the barista who made it — she did an amazing job and was super friendly. The drink was perfectly balanced and made exactly how it should be. Definitely coming back to this Starbucks because of her great service!“

“I was so happy I chose to visit Southern Fuel. Not only were the bagels and drinks amazing, but the customer service was in a league of its own. I was served by an employee named John. I told him that I didn't visit coffee shops often because I can't actually drink coffee. He then listed off a ton of cream based options and whipped up a delicious caramel drink for me. Service was fast and accurate and the atmosphere was so welcoming. I love how everything was so clean too. I will absolutely be visiting again! And John deserves a raise!!“

“Went in wanting a specific kind of cheese pastry -- they were out of. I sulked about it to my boyfriend but was able to get a delicious latte. About half an hour later, the barista came out from behind the bar and said that they were serving the pastry -- which was also delicious. Great service, great seating, great study atmosphere, and great products. Starbucks ain't got nothing on them.“

“Look I know I got a coffee problem, well at least a Starbucks problem. This place doesn’t help!!! I go here EVERYDAY to the point that I should work there. The coffee is always on point. The staff is so friendly and excellent. I even stopped to tell the manager the other day about how great they are. All of them are awesome but Skylar is my favorite. They know me by name. They fix my drinks if another location messes them up. I will go out of my way to go to that one if I have to. It’s always so clean! Spartanburg do yourself a favor and drive the few miles out of the way to this one.“

“Awesome little shop. The ladies who work there are always happy and welcoming. The flavors of the mega meal replacement shakes are to die for and very filling. I have tried the strawberry cheesecake, banana split, and orange pineapple. They are all very refreshing, and they don't taste like they have a ton of sugar added like some of the other smoothie shops that you can go to. All plant based and healthy. The little tea shots are also very yummy and a good pick me up in the middle of my busy day. Highly recommend to everyone, especially if you're looking for a healthy alternative.“

“the waitress Tina needs another job cause being a waitress isn't the job for her she DROPPED 2 boxes on floor behind me she could have sat them down instead she rushed us to order never came back and asked us if we needed coffee had to get up 2 times to get more when she cleared a table of it's dishes she dropped them down on other dishes so that was very loud also she was right at my table and didn't even look my way then when we was waiting to pay in line instead of saying excuse me sir she once again was rude saying "you need to move" so I could complain about the food also but I'll jus complain about "Tina" the waitress. bad service can ruin the whole experience of eating here never going to waste my money or time again the rest of staff was great though..put Tina to doing dishes in the back so others don't have to experience her being disrespectful“

“I definitely recommend this Starbucks. I took my Granddaughter there to spend time with her. It was very relaxing. We were able to talk and enjoy our order. She ordered a strawberry cake pop and ribbon crunch cold. I ordered a slice of lemon loaf and caramel macchiato hot.“

“The donuts are quite expensive, but very delicious! The trainer I believe it was was very sweet, but other than that the other two employees didn’t speak a word. The one girl that took my order, literally never looked up from the cash register and didn’t speak a word to me. Then when she hand me the donuts, She lets me see what they look like and the trainer asked that they look good and I said yes ma’am, and then the same employee just puts a lid on the box and pushes them towards me. I just felt very out of place and unwanted there. But as long as you just go in to get your donuts and leave, it’s a great spot to get breakfast“

“I dropped into the Blackstock Rd location today in Spartanburg and was high impressed by the team. They acknowledged me immediately and made me feel as if they were happy to help. I frequent Starbucks often in my hometown, but it's an entirely different vibe. Well done management and team at the Blackstock Rd location!“

“I placed an order for delivery this morning for a mocha cookie frappe and pumpkin muffin…the muffin and frappe were both amazing but I wanted to share something that really touched my heart, put tears in my eyes…I struggle with mental health issues and every single year, around this time of year with the seasons changing and the holidays coming, I battle with my depression and anxiety a bit more than usual…some days are harder to just get out of bed…well, I just happened to glance at my cup and saw where the barista had written “You matter!”…I sat here just looking at the cup and tears started pouring down my face…I called and asked about the barista and was told that this sweet angel’s name is Ruth…Ruth, I can’t begin to tell you how much that meant to me and you are a true blessing…Starbucks has a special person who is working for them and I definitely have to get by there sometime and meet their precious, kind hearted barista…God bless you, Ruth!“
