“I visit Folly once a year so I'm sure this really does not really make a difference. My server ...young lady came to our table asking quickly what we would like. Ordered coffee...I asked from across our table of 4 may I have cream with a straight face no smile picked up the creamer and slapped it front of me. Here it is As if to say are you blind . Very rude. This year I didn't buy a tee shirt and If next year I stop for a meal but probably not.“

“Overall, we had a very positive experience. We were greeted warmly and our server Sophia(?) was an absolute delight. The bang bang shrimp and calamari were delicious and a generous portion. The burgers were great, shrimp po boy flavor was nice, although smaller shrimp may have made it easier to eat. The yard bird was phenomenal and the crab cake sandwich had a wonderful flavor profile. Sidewinder fries were a hit with everyone. The only negatives we experienced was the Cajun pasta was subpar with a bit of an odd flavoring to where my guest could not finish it and didn't want to take it home. The gluten free bun for one of the crab cake sandwiches was extremely dry and could not be eaten like a sandwich. A little butter and toasting may have helped, but there are better brand GF buns available than the one used. Will be returning for more!“

I did it for many years and there are always little additions or changes the day of and this team handled it all with speed and grace. Events here will not be disappointed. It’s a well oiled machine. “I threw a surprise birthday party with 30 guests. It was terrific. The upstairs had plenty of room and seating for everyone. The food was excellent with a great selection. Staff and bartenders were very friendly, accommodating and professional. My guest could mingle upstairs or go outside and listened to a very good band. “I've come here quite a few times for the fried chicken. They serve you half a chicken; leg, thigh, breast, wing. So that's quite plenty. I also get mashed potatoes and collards. Potatoes are perfect and the collards are a little sweeter than I prefer. I also finally came here for their breakfast buffet. Everything was yummy. And they had quite a variety and even a omelet station. The only complaint I have was some of the eggs had egg shells in it. One piece was so thick and hard it cut the inside of my mother's mouth. But it might have just been an off day. Either way I like this place and we'll continue dining here.“
