“I came to Penn Station in fort mill where Freda is the GM and Jay made our sandwiches. I just would like to say thank you so much for the amazing and kind service. Freda made us feel more than welcome and took the time to tell us about the menu and help us pick some sandwiches that we really enjoyed. She made us laugh and really wanna come back again. I look forward to coming back next Monday to try a new sandwich and hope to see them there again. Jay also made our sandwiches very well and they weren’t thrown together he actually took the time to make them look just as good as they taste. He did an amazing job and I hope that you all take care of them both.“

“I absolutely love this place. It is my favorite sub shop around. The food is amazing every time, the hot peppers are to die for as well as the veggie soup. Not only is the food incredible but the staff is always top tier. A little pricey, but everything is pricey in this economy. Potbelly is well worth every penny. The Italian with hot peppers is my go to!“

“I've been going there for multiple weeks and I will absolutely 100% tell you Swish and Jaymes have been the best customer support and customer assistance at this location. Swish is incredibly polite absolutely respectful and one of the funniest and best experiences we've had at Subway. He is never a dull moment no matter how tired he is. Jaymes as well is a great worker for this company as well for the location. He is a great worker himself and is also very kind and is non-judgmental no matter what kind of weird order you request just like my #1 swish favorite, I hope they keep up the good work and continue the kind of customer service they put out cuz its respected!“

“Best Subway around the area. Subs are loaded with toppings. Bread and toppings are very fresh. Fast and friendly service. From what I was told, only 2 employees are currently working here, the manager and 1 night shift.
We order dinner so have only had interaction with the night shift male employee., I can't remember his name, but he deserves a huge raise and a recurring bonus. Give him his own Subway franchise! He embodies what Subway is and stands for. You can tell he absolutely loves his job. Waiting for my order this evening, I as well as others witnessed him make 8 subs in 15 min. During the last month ordering at this location, after ordering at another one just down the road, this man can make a sub!
