We visited this cookout today for dinner, we went through the drive through and our order was taken by Elizabeth who is absolutely amazing at her job and customer service! Service was fast and friendly and the food is delicious.
Had to leave a review today for Olivia. She had such a good attitude which I normally don’t even pay attention to but she was just so sweet on the intercom I couldn’t help but say something when we got to the window and she was even nicer then! Not much was exchanged but our order and a compliment but customer service really goes a long way when you do it right. Let me start by saying our cashier, Nitara was the best!! she was very knowledgeable about the menu and talking to her felt like I knew her . She was very welcoming and pleasant.Cookout if all your cashiers are like that I will come back every time . The food was also hot . Which is always a plus
