“Hands down the best Starbucks in Greenville! I love everyone that works here considering every morning when I stop by (yes it is legit every morning) they are all so warm and welcoming. Day or night they all treat me with kindness and care. I don’t feel like I’m just a dollar amount, I feel like a person they care about which is why I only ever stop at this one.I will continue to come back everyday.“

“Nissa was the most helpful and had the best customer service I’ve ever experienced around here. She sets a perfect example for the perfect customer service representative. The rest of the staff was amazing too. Thanks so much for the great experience.“

“Truly a great place for eating, the atmosphere looks very good, and it is a very large restaurant. I highly recommend eating in the outdoor seating as it is a little bit. More quieter in the area is just very clean and nice. The only issue that I ever found was that in the washroom, the water tap in one of the restroom was a little bit way, too hot, so that would probably be the only issue that I could find. Otherwise this place is a very good place to eat. You can sit with very good and comfortable seating, and you can have some USB ports that connected to the walls. Overall I think this place is a very good place to eat and the atmosphere and all the aspects to contribute to making this place very meaningful in this small community area near the exit great for traveler’s as well. Since it is very close to the exit, maybe like four minutes away from the exit.“

“Love this place! I have gone numerous times and forgot to leave a review! I usually order either the Strawberry Açaí Refresher or the Mocha Cookie Crumble. Both amazing drinks. I love the cozy atmosphere of this place too! The workers here are polite and hardworking. Their cake pops are amazing too. Will definitely be coming back!“

“Best Starbuck barista staff in Greenville! Love the ambience, it makes me feel like I am enjoying a cup of coffee in a London Cafe. There is ample space for studying, working, socializing, or just sitting relaxing and enjoying the peaceful quiet moments before beginning your day. I ordered the pumpkin spice cold brew blended with almond milk and a dollop of whipped cream; a perfect pick me up for my morning.

“A lot has changed in 2 years (when I thought everything was so nice and gave 5 stars). The manager is nice and engages with us. The staff treat us like they have never seen us before. If they make a mistake , there is no “sorry”. There is no “hello, how are you”. The employees never smile. It’s a lot like going to a MacDonalds where no customer expects to feel appreciated. Yet, there is the pop up on my phone asking that I add a tip. For what, exceptional service?“

“I’ve gotten several coffees here and they’ve been excellent every time. The staff is always friendly and welcoming - they greet you as soon as you walk in. The only downside is the limited seating; the inside itself is pretty small with just a couple of tables outside. Other than that, it’s a great spot.“

“I wanted to recognize the barista at this location. I went through the drive-through around 850 on April 30 and realized that I had ordered to the wrong location. I am tired and stressed mama traveling with a toddler and a dog and the barista was so kind and provided excellent customer service by making my drink right there at the window and providing a pup cup. I really appreciate the gesture and it made my morning. Thank you!!“

“I stopped here while traveling to Greenville. I walked from Westin. I recommend ordering on the app rather than ordering at the register. Since I walked and didn’t know how long it would take to get there, I didn’t order ahead of time. I was the only person waiting to order, but I ended up waiting a long time and ultimately placed my order on the app anyway.“

“This Starbucks was really just supposed to be a pit stop for us but it was actually more meaningful than that because of one employee (manager?): Chase. When he saw me browsing the clearance rack he took a moment to explain how to distinguish the sale items from the regular price items. We also chatted about the various colors and the merits of using points vs. paying cash. It was not more than a few seconds (on a busy morning) but it made me feel welcome! As a side note: this Starbucks’ interiors could also use a refresh - they have always been so inspiring but lately a lot of their locations are just looking dingy.“

“We visited from out of town, and it was great to sit down for a breather here before leaving for travel back home. I usually get an americano, which was great. I also decided to try this smoked bacon crosant sandwich. It all tasted fresh and loved how our mobile order was ready right when it was expected to be on the app. It wasn't too busy or loud inside, and there was a decent amount of seating for a quick stop. This shop was clean and tidy.“

“Mariana was such a friendly barista. She was working alone this morning with a long line and kept her composure with a positive attitude. She needs a raise or extra help in the mornings! “Love my Starbucks app. With the outside temp soaring this past week I took advantsge of my app and ordered a Blackberry Hibiscus Lemonade and picked it up at the drive thru at the Pelham Rd at I85 location. Oh so yummy and refreshing on a hot day. So nice to order it while sitting in a parking lot and then driving thru and giving your name and it's ready and the ticket is already paid so all you have to do is enjoy. Mice to ser a smiling face at the window also.“
