“Best place ever. Everyone was so nice, and the food was literally so amazing. Ive never been so happy for so long just because of the food i ate. The fried okra was so good, that my friend who hates vegetables was highkey muchin, like she loved it. Everything was super clean, and even the bathrooms were nice. Literally cannot think of a single bad thing about this place. A million out of ten.“

“In town visiting and I just had to stop by Hannibal's Kitchen. I had heard so much about it. The art work was the first thing I noticed. Fantastic! But on to the meal. The food was delicious. My friend got the liver and onions which she said was tender, flavorful and delicious. I got the fried whiting platter. The fish was fresh, crispy and delicious. The sides were good too. So glad we made it there! Definitely stop by when you are in the area. Friendly staff too.Dietary restrictions: Staff were very kind and attentive in handling my allergy to garlic.“

“So I had barbecued ribs, boiled cabbage, collard greens, and mac & cheese and cornbread and I’ve never been so full in my life and I couldn’t stop eating it amazing food, and the girls work in the front are very, very sweet. They’re a little quiet for customer service, but they make up with it was sweetness.“

Because honestly I love their set up and the food so beyond competitive in flavor and I can't begin to say enough good things about the character of each person I encountered , very patient , respectful , and you can actually feel the family love from across the counter ,however the following morning I woke up with the runs really bad . “AMAZING! A must-visit for authentic soul food if you're in Charleston. We had the ribs, fried chicken, mac and cheese, and collard greens. Every single thing we had was sublime - and you can't beat the prices. There are a few tables to eat there but it seems that most of the business is takeaway.“
