“My wife and I had dinner there on Saturday evening We were seated immediately with no wait which was great. We ordered the Texas fajitas with a side of freshly prepared guacamole along with 2 margaritas. Both the food and drinks were excellent. Our server checked on us several times throughout our meal to make sure we didn’t need anything else. Great food and great experience.“

“This is probably my favorite Mexican restaurant outside of Mexico. In a laid-back atmosphere, they serve strong drinks and great food. I'm not on the island very often, but I will always try to make time to visit Mi Tierra.
Chile Colorado is often made with great flavors and the cheapest, toughest meat chunks a restaurant can find. I've ordered it countless times at places across the country, and nobody else has ever made it as tender as these guys did.“

“Tonight was my first time at Holy Tequila which I learned from our server, Torin, has been on HHI for years. He, his brother and sister are all employees. Torin was a perfect server - always quick to respond to requests, checking in on us every now and then but not overbearingly so. But the best part of the visit was my dinner. Tonight’s special was an empanada but I asked it it could be made into a bowl. Chef said yes and Torin delivered a beautiful dish of vegetables, chicken, sauce and cheese over a bed of rice. Perfect combination of flavors and textures. It was so good I suggested it become a new menu item: a ‘deconstructed’ Empanada. Will be back next time I’m here. Well done, Holy Tequila!“
