“So far ! Good dinner Margaux's Wine, Pizza & Market But please as customer if you are not tolerant to others and mostly kids, dont go out anywhere…. My baby of 1 year old was a little anxious and making noises as anyone year old will do and we can’t control that… and two ladies giving my little one the middle finger was uncomfortable, unacceptable and inappropriate….. people out please be empathetic to other and specially kids, they are learning the way through life… society is harder enough already…. Pd: wish I could get pictures of these two idiots!!!!“

“Hey ! It felt GREAT to indulge in an evening out on the patio with a bestie on one of the FIRST perfect nights of a cooler Fall .. we didn’t mind that the DELISH Caprese flatbread ?came out late .. ( we get that the food industry isn’t perfect and it was WORTH the WAIT!) .. I dropped a star on service however ,,, not becuz we were charged for an extra glass of wine , , but becuz the error was handled poorly by wait staff .. ( Olivia!! , u were GREAT tho!! .. and I hope you received a portion of the tip we left after you were gone .. ) until next time ! ?“

“A mystery. Outstanding ambiance, looks and feels like nice casual cafes we ate at in Milan and Tuscany. Once inside can't believe it's in an outdoor mall in NC. Friendly service. Chicken marsala with mushrooms as good as it gets. Hearts of palm salad not on many menus but was delightful. The customers seemed to be enjoying a relaxed, quality dining experience without the pretense of a fancy place or buzz of a large busy place. The mystery-why was it only half full on a Friday night?“

“I went for the Saturday brunch and had the seafood omelette which was a disappointment because of the imitation crab meat which overpowered everything else in it. The potatoes were great. I’ve been there for dinner many times and everything was always delicious.“

“Char Bar is a great local restaurant. Good menu with many choices. The service was excellent. Our server was attentive and prompt. Good wine and beer too. The food was very good and served hot. We like Char Bar because it is casual, fun and offers good food.“

I spoke with Lynn Allen (general manager) she walked me thru buying a gift card and I was able to surprise my daughter and her date with dinner covered. Lynn (and the hostess I spoke with) were so friendly and helpful! My daughter said her dinner was amazing and can’t wait to visit again! “Excellent waiter. He greeted up promptly and thanked up for selecting Firebird's. Our waiter knew the menu, made a couple of recommendations (which were great). Waiter provided just the right amount of attention to our experience. He also was timely on replenishing our drinks. When leaving we usually speak about the great food. Sunday was different. We talked about the waiter's professionalism.“

“Oh my goodness! The atmosphere is great. Our waitress was amazing. She was very attentive. Our food came out quickly, it was hot and delicious. We had the mozzarella sticks for an appetizer. They were home made, not frozen. We ordered Chicken Marsala, Chicken Parmesan. A large Greek salad and a large pepperoni pizza. All of the portions were plentiful. We had to take half of it with us. We were on vacation, staying in a hotel, and we had 2 different couples stop us because they smelled the food, wanting to know where we got it. We saw both couples the next morning at breakfast and they said they went too and enjoyed their meals. We will most definitely go back next time we're in town. Superb!“
