“Not sure why this Dunkin's rating is so low.. everytime I go, I have the best experience. The staff is super sweet and helpful. The wait is never to bad, even on busy mornings. I get my usual, iced chai latte with oat milk & cold foam brew. Their app, is super easy to earn points on so I usually get a side of hash browns, which are always delish! They could give you a little more though. I usually go through the drive through and it's clean with no trash around. I always look forward to getting a quick bite from this location!“

“for people who leave petty and negative reviews and don’t work in the service industry, need to go on about their daily lives and leave hard working people alone. especially if you continuously go to that same location everyday?plain stupid honestly. to answer any future questions: can we refund a mobile order in store? NO. if we have 3 people working waiting on a fourth and a line out to the road, are we gonna open up the lobby just because you just want some donuts or a cup of coffee? NO. are they gonna let you pick out two dozens of donuts at the speaker with oncoming cars behind you and when they tell you no you curse at them and then come in expecting someone to take your order after being disrespected? NOOOOOO!!!!!!! and for people saying they didn’t get enough in their lattes, it’s a preset measurement. you ask for less ice and your cup is not filled to the brim that your fault. cause it’s gonna be the same amount of liquid even if it was normal ice lol. and if you don’t like the coffee there and it’s an inconvenience when it’s so called “wrong”, invest in a keurig. thank you for reading.“

“I would have taken photos of the donuts but I was in such a hurry to eat them I forgot. That being said. I don’t eat cake donuts because they give me nasty heartburn. NOT THESE! They were light with crisp edges. The toppings were generous and delicious. Parking lot is something out the dark ages but worth the trip.“

“The donuts were great, but the service was slow, and they weren't busy. Poor service seems more and more common now. It appears that corporate America has gone to the point of requiring such great return on investment that staffing and/or quality is seriously suffering, and that is not just a Krispy Kreme problem.“

“I truly don’t understand why the restaurant across the way is so backed up when Dunkin has some of the best breakfast options around. Hot made to order sandwiches and hot piping coffee with minimal line. One little thing I could suggest is for the cashier not to ask me is that everything after every item I order before I even get a chance to say the next item. But that’s a small complaint concerning. :) I will be back!“
