“We happened upon Tonella’s last December when we were looking for a place to eat after going to Flight Trampoline Park. We had a group of boys so we googled pizza places nearby and it was first on the list. It was so delicious that we decided to try it again for our anniversary. And another home run on our second visit. Cindy, our waitress, was warm and welcoming, the atmosphere was romantic and inviting, bustling but not overwhelming. It proved to be a great family place or date night spot. The food was amazing, just as good as the first time that we came. Try the Gorgonzola chips, they are so yummy! We will definitely be back for a third visit in the near future.“

“We had the absolute best time here before we left SC to go back home out of state! EVERYTHING- the food, service, and overall experience was top notch. I recommend Travinia to everyone I know to be traveling to SC/Lexington. Everyone there was a joy to interact with, especially management. She made it a point to check in on us and made us feel so welcome. I think her name was Sarah? she had tattoos and glasses. I had the chicken parm and my husband had a Stromboli. Our server Ellis was fantastic! Very personable and polite! We would request him to be our server next time! “Best pizza in the Lexington area. Moving here from up north, we were looking for a little slice of home pizza and we found it at Pizza Kovachi.“

“We had a party of 6 at 3:45pm it was busy but it was tax free weekend and so many people in the surrounding shops. Josh was our server. Oh. My. Goodness. He was so great! We were a simple table, all soups and salads and one kids meal but it’s still a lot to keep all ours bowls refilled and drinks full and he did so great. My daughter did have to wait about 20 mins to get her soup as they were out of the chick and gnocchi but it came eventually. We sent him back like three times for soup refills and he was kind and on top of it just filling things as he saw needed. We spilt the check and I left a 20% tip even after my friend dropped a 20& tip on the table. Josh should run the training program there is that exists… I would LOVE to say I’ll be back just because of the service, but never again. I have heard about the traffic there and I know tax day made it worse but it took us 45 mins to get out of the parking lot and through the light. People were miserable and selfish not letting people in, getting out of cars yelling. I honestly thought people exaggerated about the traffic there but even the hostess who was so sweet and all smiles said she gets off shift and just goes and sits in the parking lot for hours because she knows nobody will ever let her out. That’s no way to live. I can’t ever see myself going back to that area of town again. Anything my teens wanted from that mall nearby there I can order online and not deal with the continued ugliness of bumping and elbows and running through my child and cutting people off and blocking traffic over 2” advance on the pavement … Its a shame what I saw in people continuously all day around there. Nope. But thank goodness for Josh. He turned the day around… just in time to sit in that lot …“

Ask for a side of chips if your entree doesn't come with it. It makes the dish tasty when the pita bread are gone. :) I had a Chicken BLT sub which was good. :-)“

“Recently moved to the area and wanted to try out this marcos as the one where I'm from is admittedly not good. I Ordered via phonecall about 40 minutes before closing time. A large with black olives and onions and just wanted to rave about Jacob who took my call and made my pizza. He was very pleasant to talk with and professional, informed me of the 2 topping large deal they had. Oh, he knows how to make a great pizza as well! Highly recommend this marcos!“
