“New Years Eve 2024, came into this Jersey Mike's for my late birthday dinner. Ashley the sweet lady behind the counter helping us, was patience and kind. We have a large family and it can be difficult to get everyone ordered. She not only took time to answer our questions but she also gave advice. Great experience.. would definitely recommend. “Bro come on, because like in the morning is she hears one of us she made no noise yeah none at all in like to the point where like we were really like trying to figure it out like where do you have this dog to ask that it was good I liked it I like campus a lot I think Leo likes Clemson better but I like campus better it's weird though it's like you don't know when you're on campus you're not really creeps up on you yeah I mean all obviously a lot of that has changed I was like yeah they have one of those in in Nashville too like we ended that Legends Legends sub shop though that was pretty good it's right there okay that place that used to be throwback Jack's okay there's this place called throwback Jack's but it's closed and like we only know that because it's kind of bored it up and it is throwback Jack's on it there's some sub shop next there called Legends sub shop it's really good yeah it was extremely busy so like it appear to be very popular like and it was definitely like everybody was about like getting in and getting their food they're doing high volume it is a relatively new a new place no it's not really Italian I mean they do have like that sort of subset of the menu it's more like a like fusion type like you do rats and stuff too I mean I guess it makes sense is next to a college but like yeah we're goodI know you know people“

“The customer service provided by Russell and his team was phenomenal. I placed a large online order for a work function and chose for it to be delivered. Russ called me as the Uber Eats Direct system was putting a 3 hour timeline on it but he was able to do the order right then. I asked him to prepare it and I would either come get it myself or see if Uber Eats would update the system. Since the system did not update and would still wait the 2.5 hours to deliver, I went to pick it up myself. When i returned to the hotel to divvy out the order, we realized a sandwich was missing. I called the store to ask them prepare the missing sandwich as I was on my way to pick it up- they asked what hotel and Russ delivered it personally. Minus the UberEats merchant system issues, I appreciate the excellent customer service that Russ and the team provided me. Wonderful!“

They are a good Subway in just about every aspect and the location is perfect inside the mall, but still enclosed and separate from the food court area. They are consistent in their quality and sandwich artistry and I have always had excellent sandwiches every time that I have been here. The staff here is cool and listens well.“

“Big communication issues with the girl at the counter. She didn't pay attention or remember anything well. I asked for a GF club sub and Club Supreme on herb bread. Next thing I know, she is making a Large club sub sandwich on herb bread. I asked her if that was mine. She said yes. I never asked for a large. She cut it in half. And asked what the GF one was. I said Club Sub. She said they're both club sub? I said no, the other one was supposed to be a club supreme, but don't worry about it now. I told her what before and she finished the sandwich I asked her to put the bacon on. She said, didn't you say no bacon. No this is my first time mentioning bacon. The other guy made the GF sub and it was much smoother. Glad I didn't order ahead.“

“I have not had Subway in years due to a few bad experiences and the rise of Jersey Mikes, but there are some things you just can't get at other chains. For myself, it is the sweet onion chicken teriyaki. A few months ago, I gave this location a shot...Hands down, one of the most consistent and friendly experiences I think I've ever had at a fast food joint (the first time and the 4 or 5 times since). Sauce and condiments are inside the bread where they belong when I get home to eat. No pic as I barely got the car in park when I got home to eat...“
