“three workers and it took them about 10 minutes to take a single order, one of the workers was handling the food with her hands without any protection, she had long white nails that were not clean and with them she took the ice to press it into the glass, quite disgusting We all know that those acrylic nails hold too much dirt and a thousand other things 🤢🤢🤢 I decided to leave and I probably won't come back.“

“Quite a strange name of the place. Pelicans are avian of temperate weather zones. Snowballs are typically in a colder climate zone. So .. Mixing the two gives it a whimsical avant garde atmosphere. The kids love it. It's good.. It's a happy time and place. You must come here. Oh yes I dare say you must.“

“You can never go wrong with a snoball from Pelicans! This location has easy access and a good amount of seating compared to some other locations. You can always look forward to a wide variety of flavors to choose from. The staff here are friendly and work pretty quickly even when it's a lot of customers.“

“The Strawberry Matcha was so good! I can almost never finish ice cream because of how sugary it is, but this wasn't overly sugary. It was so so good. My husband had the White Chocolate Rasberry Truffle and loved it. His had more sugar but was also quite good. It's probably the best ice cream I've ever had before!“

“So sweet, we can't buy them too often because it is too much, but every time we crave a great cookie, this is always our go option. It may seem a but pricey, but they are definitely worth it.
We've come several times since this location opened, and the staff is always nice and quick. The self service make the process easier if you're not using the app to order ahead.“

“The cupcakes are delicious but Ayana should not be running that store alone and definitely needs some training on how to work in a restaurant. 5+1=6 I hope she sees this review too. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I ordered online they didn’t have one of my cupcakes she said she called I said I was sorry I didn’t get a call. Then proceeded to tell me I ordered seven cupcakes when I looked at the receipt there was five cupcakes and one extra adding up to six total cupcakes. She argued with me about the amount of cupcakes I ordered.“

“We loved this place! Our family went Saturday evening and had a blast. So many good options it was hard to choose. Our service was great, the lady who took our order was so sweet and even recommended options. Food was delicious and the wait wasn’t bad at all. We enjoyed the nice weather and the kids were happy playing with chalk and connect four. I love that it’s pet friendly. They have large water bowls sitting out in case your pup gets thirsty. 10/10 would recommend. Our experience was very pleasant and we had 10+ people.“

“We stopped at a new place in Rock Hill called Small Cakes (a cupcakery) on Celanese Rd. (where the old Stitch and Frame place used to be). It's a cute place and bigger than it looks. Inside there is a place for kids to play and TV with kiddie shows. There is also comfortable seating for adults. Best of all are the cupcakes. There are lots of yummy flavors. I got the carrot cake cupcake. It was deliciously moist. They also have homemade ice cream - many flavors - and I believe they have milkshakes too. Try it out. You won't be sorry!“

“This is by far, one of my favorite coffee shops in the area. The coffee is good and hot (an understated quality). They're always willing to brew a fresh batch when the hot coffee has been sitting. The only downside is that the service and atmosphere can be inconsistent at times. I've been charged different prices for the same item several times. This particular shop is more conducive to in-person meetings as opposed to remote working/ video meetings due to the noise. There is a back room which is ideal for remote working but unfortunately it can become a bit noisy as well (music and other patrons). The lighting, decor, and ambience added pluses.“

“About over 12 years ago, they opened a location in Matthew's Weddington. Where there is a Subway, Panda, HT, Shell, and a Karate place. A big church right next door. I remember a long time ago, my brother and I went to get Subway (closed now) Hwy 55 was right beside it (Now Papa's pizza pick up) over 12 years ago, I remember the owner was brand new starting this burger shake business and came out to talk to me. Said all these good things about the menu and how it brings back memories of the 1980s and older diner experience. I was only 20 something and sadly refused. Now I'm 33 (more mature) and very interested in history, especially the legendary old school diner experience. Will definitely visit real soon. Hope the owner understands about me not giving you guys a chance over 12 years ago. I feel bad, lol. Will definitely try now and many more.“
