“Quite a strange name of the place. Pelicans are avian of temperate weather zones. Snowballs are typically in a colder climate zone. So .. Mixing the two gives it a whimsical avant garde atmosphere. “The Strawberry Matcha was so good! I can almost never finish ice cream because of how sugary it is, but this wasn't overly sugary. It was so so good. My husband had the White Chocolate Rasberry Truffle and loved it. His had more sugar but was also quite good. It's probably the best ice cream I've ever had before!“

“Wanted to try Crumbl but was always reserved because of the reviews I kept seeing; word of mouth & social media. Friendly staff & clean store while the biggest pro was actually the cookie itself! Pricing is a little high BUT when choosing the right cookie, it’s definitely worth it!“

“It was great! My first experience was awesome and the manager was so nice. I went a little overboard on the yogurt but it tasted phenomenal and the toppings went well with it. I got peanut butter and cheesecake and put many toppings that complimented it well. Go here if you have a sweet tooth and are wanting to get yourself a summer treat! 😁“

“The cupcakes are delicious but Ayana should not be running that store alone and definitely needs some training on how to work in a restaurant. 5+1=6 I hope she sees this review too. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I ordered online they didn’t have one of my cupcakes she said she called I said I was sorry I didn’t get a call. Then proceeded to tell me I ordered seven cupcakes when I looked at the receipt there was five cupcakes and one extra adding up to six total cupcakes. She argued with me about the amount of cupcakes I ordered.“

“This is by far, one of my favorite coffee shops in the area. The coffee is good and hot (an understated quality). They're always willing to brew a fresh batch when the hot coffee has been sitting. The only downside is that the service and atmosphere can be inconsistent at times. I've been charged different prices for the same item several times. This particular shop is more conducive to in-person meetings as opposed to remote working/ video meetings due to the noise. There is a back room which is ideal for remote working but unfortunately it can become a bit noisy as well (music and other patrons). The lighting, decor, and ambience added pluses.“

“This Cold Stone location in Fort Mill is much better than the Rivergate location in Steele Creek. I'm a little closer to the Rivergate location, but this one is worth it coming the little extra way.
Each time I've ordered, whether online or in person has been a great experience. One time recently, I tried ordering online, and it would not let me use my coupon - kept saying I needed to add valid items to my cart. I would add different items, and still nothing would work. I went inside and explained the situation. They tried to do the order in the system first before making my order to see if it would work. They had no issues applying the coupon that was on my account to what I wanted to order. Allison J. was on the receipt that time, which appears to be a manager based on other reviews. She is excellent - friendly and helpful!
I do hope they bring back the Don't lay a finger on my Butterfinger creation because it was very good - peanut butter ice cream with Butterfingers, caramel, and chocolate. Yum!“
