“My daughter messaged me last minute and asked if I could pick up a pizza tonight for the kids (my grandkids) dinner. Sure!! No problem. Normally, I would place an order via the app but I was leaving a friend’s house, driving, and you can’t do that. (Or shouldn’t). As I pulled into the Little Caesar’s parking lot, there was someone just ahead of me who walked in before me. As I stood in line behind her, at least 4 more people walked in. The woman got her pizza, paid and left. I walked up to the counter and asked the young man if he had a pepperoni pizza ready. He said the lady before me took the last one. (Of course!) Unbeknownst to this young man (Austin), I was running on very little energy and needed to get back to my daughter’s house to rest. He assured me that I would have my pizza in 10 mins. I glanced at the others waiting and the ominous sky threatening a storm, and just prayed. What do you know?! It was a little less than 10 minutes and he called my name to pick up my pizza!! While I was waiting, I saw how Austin went out of his way to be kind, courteous and yet professional with each customer starting with the lady before me and those after me. I had to come on here and let everyone know that this is what excellent customer service looks like these days!! In my errands today and interactions with several businesses, Austin was the ONLY ONE who demonstrated the kind of customer service that businesses should provide, but sadly do not. I hope whoever his boss is, recognizes his efforts. Also, the food at this Little Caesar’s is THE BEST of any other Little Caesar’s I’ve visited. (Yes, I can list multiple cities I’ve visited/lived covering several states.) So, you guys are doing all the right things!! Thank you Austin for making this grandmother and her little grandchildren’s night extra special!!“

“The three employees were extremely nice. The restaurant was clean. The food was delicious and hot and fresh my server ensured that we were taken care of. It was just a great experience today. The staff you have this morning. It’s excellent.“

“The wife and I went on a date night Friday. The service was good and so was the food. Medium three topping pan pizza, cheesy bread, and bread stick with two Pepsi for $24.99. It was clean and good. We will go back. It was nostalgic for two 80s kids.“

“Everytime I come here the food is spot on! The fries are hot, fresh, and perfectly salted, their chicken is breaded just right and super crispy. The place is spotless and someone is always welcoming you in and happy to help. One time I just wanted a fry and the sweet girl working the counter gave it to me for free!!! They have the best customer service!!!“

“Eating at this KFC is my secret pleasure. I love the chicken strips, mac and cheese, coke slaw, biscuit and a drink. Service is always friebdly, fast, and accurate. Place is clean and generally quiet. The available parking is huge and could handle a full house and more. Haven't done the drive thru because sometine I just want to go inside and relax. I highly recommend stopping by sometime.“
