The staff is kind and efficient, the facility is clean and comfortable, and ofcourse the drinks are a yummy pick-me-up. They made my custom/specialty drink perfectly! AND they’re military-friendly; thw manager went out of his way to acknowledge/show appreciation!

I was late • sandwich was cold • HAPPY ENDING 😃 I woke up on 7.28.2022 and decided that it was the day for my Caramel Macchiato & Crispy Grilled Cheese on Sourdough from StarBucks. This is not something that I indulge in everyday. This decision was made because I deeply needed a reward-pamper-myself-day. I placed my order using the Starbucks app and rec’d my quick confirmation. Yay!! (Luv this app!) Traffic en route caused me to arrive later than expected. When I finally got to the drive-thru window - after the normal stream of faithful Starbucks patrons at this location - my coffee and sandwich were inevitably cold. 😞 I told the courteous employee at the window about my predicament. She talked with another employee who said “I’ll be glad to remake the sandwich for you.” The amazing staff at this special Starbucks ~ #61508-294567 Platt Springs Rd & S Lake Dr - remade the Caramel Macchiato and Crispy Grilled Cheese sandwich for me. I was told to park at the side entrance so that the drive-thru line could continue moving efficiently. My coffee and sandwich were cheerfully brought out to my car. I sat there in that parking lot completely amazed!!! 🥰 🙏🏾 First, I thanked GOD for the delectable goodness that I was about to enjoy and then 🙏🏾 I prayed for those Starbucks employees….and then 🙏🏾 I gave thanks for the excellent way that they handled my issue. After all - I was indeed late. Yet they extended grace and kindness to me. I am writing this because I failed to get their names (wish that I had). I hope that in some way one of them will read this review and pass it on. Their kindnesses were so appreciated on my reward-pamper-myself day. They had no idea how much those few moments of positivity affected me.😃 Their customer service gestures made my meal even more enjoyable. “Our hotel was behind Dunkin, but being Easter Sunday, they closed early. So, my husband ran to Starbucks to have coffee with our dessert we brought back to our room with us. He had never had a Starbucks. Over 15 years of marriage and I never knew this. We didn't get anything special. Just two regular coffees. But, boy they were good!!“
