“A hidden gem! Staff is very helpful explaining the menu, protein options, drinks, and meal
options for those who want a light or heavier meal (they have a great kids menu, too). Duck fried rice is incredible - great flavor, portion size, and presentation. Get the fried egg on top for some extra protein. Wings were perfect blend of sweet with a touch of heat and pickled cucumbers and onions are a great start to the meal. Aside from
ordering at the counter, this is a standard restaurant regarding server food delivery, drink refills, table cleaning and bringing leftover containers to the table…so tip appropriately. We under-tipped when we ordered but made up for it with a cash tip at the end. We will definitely be back!“

“Wish I could give it 10 stars! I had an amazing dining experience at Wasabi in Mt Pleasant. The restaurant came highly recommended and still managed to exceed my expectations. Everyone was friendly and the decor was chic yet comfortable. Anthony was so friendly, helpful and attentive, he made us feel like family. As a first timer there, he helped us navigate the menu to our personal palates and his recommendations were on point! Don’t miss the Lotus Flower and Eel with Shrimp Tempura rolls. Equally delicious, the Twice Cooked Chicken and Pad Thai came out well prepared and presented. I don’t usually order dessert, but we couldn’t resist the fried cheesecake with green tea ice cream. Big enough to share, but you may not want to. Perfect ending to a perfect meal.“

“I just returned from two months in Vietnam and when I found this restaurant a few minutes away from my Airbnb, I knew I had to try it. Not a traditional bahn mi but I really enjoyed the beef bahn mi! Great service and atmosphere, has outdoor seating if that’s your vibe too! Definitely want to try the other menu items!“

“Nice atmosphere, friendly waitstaff. We got a poke bowl and sushi burrito. We both enjoyed the meal, pretty much what we expected. We went in the early afternoon and there were a few other folks there, but clearly a quieter time of day, understandably, so the music seemed louder than it would have if it had been crowded.“
