“I haven't been to the Arby's in Newberry in a very long time because the drive-thru people were so rude and, frankly, slack...until this evening. The young man at the drive-thru was so personable, friendly and efficient. The food was so much better, hot and fresh. Couldn't have been any better. Will be back.“

I just went through the drive through and received the highest quality of costumer service from Yanasia I'm not sure if I have the spelling of her name correct but her smile changed my evening in a highly positive way. And this young lady deserves recognition. I will be back in hopes of running into her.“
