Not only did he offer alternative menu options to expedite my meal, but he also went above and beyond by ensuring I was comfortable during the brief wait. Despite my reassurance that there was no rush on my end, he generously provided pastries to enjoy while patiently waiting for my dish to be ready. It's rare to encounter such transparency and genuine concern for customer satisfaction in the restaurant industry. The Junction Kitchen exemplifies what true hospitality means, setting a standard that many others could learn from. As for the meal itself, it surpassed expectations. “We were in Charleston for work at the Clemson Research Center. This place was recommended by a coworker that visited often. It was promoted as real British fish and chips food. They only serve meat pies and fish and chips. That's it. GO. It's the best fish and chips I've had since visiting London. The World Famous is a full pound of fried COD. SSOOOO GOOOD!!!“

I had an issue with my door dash order ,she was given the wrong food and the owner tired to make it right. He even tried to make it right with me when I had to re order because it got canceled by the dasher . He offered a free drink but I declined it wasn't their fault . The honesty and integrity of the way they handled it speaks volumes. I hope this place has continued blessings and success.“

The entire staff (including but certainly not limited to David, Jeremy, Leland, Shannon and Chef Dutch and all the whole BOH staff) are professional, fun and all around just great at their jobs….. the food is delicious and well priced, the atmosphere is inviting and best of all the margaritas are ALWAYS on point. “This place is absolutely incredible every single time! The jerk chicken is on another level, hands down some of the best chicken I’ve ever had in my life. I’m pretty sure they smoke it, because the flavor is unreal. The sides are just as amazing: the macaroni and cheese is 🤌, the plantains are perfectly cooked, the rice and peas are phenomenal, and even the steamed vegetables are delicious.

I’ve only ordered through DoorDash and never actually been inside the restaurant, but the food always comes fresh, hot, and perfect. Never missing items. Please never take it off DoorDash – it’s that good. This is easily one of my favorite spots ever.

Side note: would be awesome to add an extra sauce option on door dash, 2oz or 4oz portions, whatever works for y’all… jerk sauce / curry sauce / etc. That’d be rad :))“

They were telling people 30 minute wait when they’re were 3 tables available and customers walked out. “I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at Firefly Distillery, and though it started with a bit of a hiccup due to a scheduling miscommunication with our tasting appointment, it quickly turned into an unforgettable experience thanks to the incredible team on-site.

Upon arrival, we were disappointed to learn that our scheduled tasting had ended earlier than expected. However, Ms. Corday B. and Ms. Trisha N. immediately stepped in and went above and beyond to turn the situation around. They were extremely apologetic and genuinely concerned, taking the time to give us a private tasting experience that completely blew us away. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were phenomenal—they truly embody top-tier guest service.

A special shoutout also goes to Bartender Gregg, who made our visit even more memorable. He was kind, funny, and exceptionally professional. We even tried to tip him for his outstanding service, but he respectfully declined, saying he just wanted to ensure my birthday was perfect. That gesture alone speaks volumes about the integrity and hospitality of the Firefly team.
