“friends took us here for a special treat. we had never been before. I had the ribs and they were delicious. my husband had the meatloaf he said it was good. However, next time he would ask for the sauce on the side. It was a little to sweet for him. Our friends had salad that looked great. we will definitely be back to try those. the herb butter for the bread was great.
we had the oreo dessert it was very good. only issue is the shell is to hard to break with the spoon they provide. it was definitely big enough to share.“

“We really enjoyed our meal and experience, but it wasn't at the standard we were expecting. Two steaks came out medium when they were ordered medium rare. They quickly brought out new, but it kind of ruined the experience while half the table ate and the other half waited. They were very apologetic and made everything right. I just would have expected better from a place like this. Regardless, we still had a good time and the food was good but hoped for better.“

“I’ve driven by here hundreds of times, wondering what they serve and how good it is. Finally stopped for lunch today and was very pleasantly surprised! Had a fried chicken soft taco and a grilled steak taco. Both were excellent, even the fries were good and great iced tea (not always a given). I will be back soon!“

“This place may be a well kept secret or Tuesday night at 7:30pm may have been why the crowd was light. Greek chicken slider was extremely good, but roll needs to be toasted on the inside to keep the toppings at bay. Backyard Smash, Onion Smash and shoestring fries were also very good. Adult beverages were a little pricey, but nice selection of local beers. Highly recommend this OTB spot for a quick bite.“

“The Canoe Club has a very creative seasonal menu featuring many fresh fares from the local seafood selection. The roasted oyster appetizer was particularly good, as was the black grouper. The desert menu was limited, and some of the food was overly creative to its own detriment, where it looked amazing, but the flavor didn't match the visual appeal.
Vegetarian options: Entire vegan dishes offered that were creative and delicious ?

“The best Management and Staff. We have played there for many winters and it cannot be beat. Jimmy U has the best of everything at this course. That is why so many Snow Birds have been coming back every winter while he has been Manager. Cannot recommend it enough.“

“We are always greeted with a warm smile. My favorite is the steak and egg and my wife's varies. The coffee is always hot and plenty of cold drinks. Yes, it is biker friendly. There's also outside seating. Service is decently fast (just remember your number). You will never leave hungry. Oh ! Try the soup. Always delicious.“

“We had a wonderful experience last night getting to know Corey, Paul and several regular customers. Very welcoming environment, great food and great people. Highly recommended sitting at the bar. Best place we ate during our week long trip. The filet was the best cut of meat we have had in a very long time and cooked to perfection. Can’t wait to go back the next time We visit Hilton Head.“

“We stayed at the Montage and came here for the first time. It's part of the Palmetto Bluff community = quiet luxury, just really well done.But the food really punched above its weight. Amazing ceviche tostada and my husband loved his pulled pork sammie and brussel sprout salad. Just delicious, fresh food with great service by our server Autumn.“

“Pour Richard’s is a neighborhood gem worth shout about! Friendly, inviting and five star food! Tonight the Watermelon and Shrimp Gazpacho were a combo that hit all the notes from savory, acidic to a sweet burst of flavor. The African Pompano was beautifully moist and seasoned to perfection with a five spice seasoning. It was accompanied by “spider rice” - a wonderful rice filled with shredded soft shelled crab, over a bed of perfectly seasoned and sautéed spinach. But that’s not all! The Chocolate Martini (chocolate milk for adults) was the best I’ve ever had - and that’s saying something! We split the sandbar dessert - okay, I forgot the name, but the taste was definitely one I will remember for a long, long time - and a strawberry Chantilly cake - both were exceptional. It was a Foodie’s dream night! Thank you Richard and Ally for an amazing evening!“

“Nectar is our top pick for breakfast while in Hilton Head. Our son has Type 1 Diabetes and they were more than accommodating in providing us carb counts for everything. Super friendly staff who went above and beyond for our family. The atmosphere is so welcoming. It feels like a cozy little spot where you can take your time and really enjoy your meal. We can’t wait to go back and try the lunch and dinner menu on our next HH trip later this month.“

We were a party of four celebrating the holidays. we had 3 different apps (crab cake, andouille sausage plate and seared tuna) and all were delicious. “I'm a huge salmon fan. The salmon special with brussel sprouts tonight was absolutely amazing!! No "upscale" restaurant could have done it any better. Complements to the chef for their outstanding preparation and presentation. The rest of us got burgers, fries and cole slaw, and everyone was smiling!! There is a reason we are REGULARS here!!! “I can’t speak highly enough about Jacob and Phoenix. They both went above and beyond during our stay here and made each pool day spectacular. They have great service as well as great personalities making it better than any pool I’ve visited on property, or any other vacation property for that matter. The food and drinks were also amazing and the bartenders special (tequila watermelon lemonade) was unmatched. Will be coming back for sure“

“Kudos to my waitress Gailia from the tropics. She was open, receptive, attentive, responsive, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and courteous to a party of 3 newcomers. She took notice of my interests and offered she-crab soup to compare with my seafood gumbo. I appreciate her attentiveness and response to my toddler. She interceded appropriately to provide relief. Her service was exceptional. I can vouch that her performance is how customer service should be. Thank you. We enjoyed our evening at the family owned local to Bluffton seafood restaurant, Toomer's Seafood.
Kid-friendliness: My waitress Gailia was friendly and attentive to my little one. The high chair is kid friendly, separated from the table. She was exceptional overall with offering applesauce to settle my little one. Thanks. We enjoyed the service.“

As soon as I enter, the owner greets me with a big smile and kindness.
The place inside is beautiful, on the outside I doubted whether it was open or not, it lacks some lighting or signage to indicate that it is open.
Very clean bathrooms with double everything.
Gabriel comes out of the kitchen, a very friendly Brazilian who speaks some Spanish and is very helpful.
They give you freshly baked corn bread with butter for the wait, the meat and broccoli are delicious, a good salad and we leave it there, we don't take any more.
The girl at the bar is always very attentive and friendly.
It has a large beer tap.
Highly recommended.“

“Overall Thoughts: At a group meeting on the Plantation and decided to try this place out. First, the surroundings are fantastic! Overall, I’d give this location 4.7 stars. The people there were super friendly. The burger I had was really good! You could actually taste the cooking method. The burger comes with a mayonnaise based aioli which was pretty good. The fries were the shoestring type fries!

“Had an amazing experience at Southern Barrel Brewing... First, the beer is incredible. Full stop. The Damn Yankee IPA is one of the best I've had in the last few years (and for better or worse, that's a lot of IPAs?)... And their limited release beers are truly unique... Currently drinking the Frozen Barrel Milk Stout with these amazing wings. I'm not normally a full stout guy, but this is so well done, might be a convert. At least to this one ?. Just want to say thanks to Max and the whole team at Southern Barrel for making our night amazing!“

“We went on vacation to the beach. Happened to stop at a Walmart that had a burger place called Wayback Burgers. Now I'm a burger man I love burgers and Philly cheesesteaks. The double bacon burger and Philly cheese steak we're awesome. I also purchase a chicken BLT sandwich for my son plane of course and he said it was the best sandwich he's ever had. The owner was awesome he actually gave me two free drinks because I forgot to order drinks. If you are ever in this city try the Wayback Burger place in Walmart. The food was awesome.“
