“My family ate there on family day. They also have pool tables and sell beer and mixed drinks. Prices are good, and it's family friendly.

“Basic but great dive bar. Bartenders are awesome, great service for reasonably priced drinks. Decent dive bar atmosphere inside, but fair warning both entryways are constantly shrouded in cigarette smoke. Food is only ok, basic bar food. Great place for a few drinks and a game, I would eat elsewhere first next time though. Excels at what it is trying to be…a rare dive bar option for the area with awesome staff.“

After my hysterical laughter drew his attention, he came to the rescue and retrieved my shoe from the marsh! We already love The fillin’ station, but he just added another reason to the list!“

“We just ate at Fishcamp. The food was great. The Calimari and pickles were great. My mother-in-law got the stuffed flounder with asparagus and she said that the asparagus was great and she doesn't even like asparagus. My daughter got the peel and eat shrimp boil and she said it was great and took a huge to go box with her. Our server was great. We will be back perhaps before we go home.“

“Delicious and many fun tastes. My 11 year old was literally licking his plate for several of the dishes and said it was his favorite restaurant on the island. The beef stroganoff was so interesting with dill pickle slivers. The chilled cherry soup was amazing. The marinated cucumber salad was so good. “Agave is one of a kind. The entire staff front and back of the house are some of the kindest and loving people in all of Beaufort. Tony gives back to this town more than many even know. During the summer I brought my dog outside on the patio almost every Sunday where she was spoiled rotten with her own bowl of chicken and rice. Did we ever venture inside together? No. You know why? Because she did not have her certified Service Vest. End of story. Tony and his staff deserve praise for all they have done especially throughout the pandemic. Thank you for everything you do. “First time at Scratch last night and it was incredible. Had the calamari as an appetizer and the radiatore for dinner. The first radiatore I was served was good but the sauce was liquid so it wasn’t sticking to the pasta. However, after I mentioned this and asked the server if this was expected, she brought the manager/owner over and they had it remade and it was delicious. This is why I will 100% come back as that is excellent customer service! Cannot wait for my next experience“

“We came to this restaurant because we saw on the HHI Foodies site that it had a great breakfast buffet, and boy were the right.

It's in the Port Royal Westin, so if you use GPS, don't put the restaurant name or you will wind up at the back end near the delivery entrance.

Starting with our server Randy and his lovely accent, we enjoyed delicious hot coffee and juice before we checked out the buffet offerings.

Eggs benedict with corned beef hash patties, scrambled eggs, thick link sausage, bacon, grits, and a smoked salmon bowl with capers, pickled red onions, and grape tomatoes.

Oatmeal bar with fresh fruit and spices.

Bagels with a conveyor toaster and schmear.

A honey station that had an actual honeycomb you could cut from. Never saw that before!

Fresh smoothies and juice, which was cucumber, celery, and cilantro, and it was so refreshing!

But best of all was meeting Amarie at her omelet station which also provided eggs any way you want them. She was so welcoming and friendly and I couldn't help but hug her when we left.“
