“I've previously commented about the excellent food, atmosphere, and service provided, but now have more praise ! A recent takeout order wasnt the usual high quality (due to an equipment issue i found out later). When I commented on a survey stating the problem, I received a phone call from the OWNER ! He apologized, explained the issue, & then refunded our purchase with a gift card ! This is such an impressive and rare act of customer attention that I wanted to share. WE WILL CONTINUE TO ENJOY FLAVORSHACK & RECOMEND IT EVERY CHANCE WE GET ! Thanx !“

“My first question: Why did I wait so long to eat here?!?! The chicken is pretty much perfect! You can tell the oil is fresh, the breading was perfect, and it wasn’t at all dry. The star for me though was that sweet potato crunch, I’ll run out of adjectives! The whipped potatoes and gravy were yummy, and had that amazing homemade texture with the perfect amount of pepper. Last but not least the lemonade is perfect! Top that all off with the friendly staff and it just doesn’t get any better!
I am now hooked and will be a regular for sure.“

“Honestly, I have never had a bad experience at a Zaxby's. Other than the occasional wrong order which is bound to happen anywhere. Food has always been good, never had an issue with getting food fixed that's wrong, pretty much always clean.“

“Really enjoy Zaxby's food. Today I ordered a salad along with other food and went to a park with my kids to enjoy the food there. When I was ready to enjoy my salad I couldn't find the fork anywhere. Turns out I never got one. That was a bummer, so I had to eat the salad with my fingers. Please pay attention and make sure you add everything to a person's order.“

“Asheville Hwy location NEVER gets our order wrong! We can confidently eat here even with our severe food allergies. The playground is a big bonus since most locations have gotten rid of theirs. Fastest, friendliest Chick-fil-A we've been to across 5 states!!“

“This is the most streamlined Chick-fil-A I have ever seen. It's made for drive through, yet one can still walk up to an order window and eat on a patio. Restrooms are available with parking spots near the patio. Service is quick and friendly.“

“The employees are great ? they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied??? I WOULD also like mention how clean the lobby is, and how clean the bathroom is now every time I go eat there ....1 more thing the food? is on point. They were both extremely understanding and helpful, it was certainly not their issue to deal with, but I appreciated their kindness beyond words…and as always the food was delicious!! “Zaxby's in Woodruff SC Has the Best Customer Service & Chicken in Woodruff SC.If anything goes wrong with ur order the Manager will make it right . I ordered a Cobb Salady eggs were left out . I went back Fixed no issues. I stopped going 2 Bojangles in Woodruff SC Bc their manager she is so unprofessional & untrained when it comes to customer service. Without Good Customer Service.The Food will not be good either. Thxs Zaxby's “

“Not ready to write you guys off, but am really just trying to understand. So you no longer serve a large Ice Cream, now only having a very small. So we can’t get a large, (which is fine), but we can get 2, 3, 4 small ones?? Why not just offer 2 sizes like you once did. Please make this make sense, because it’s making ZERO, especially with one of your most popular items??“

“Quite possibly the cleanest, friendliest, and freshest Zaxbys I've eaten at. If you're passing through on the interstate this is a great rest stop for a hot, fresh meal served my friendly employees. Love the ambience and music too. Plenty of parking. Several gas stations closeby to choose from.“
