“Absolutely love this new cafe!!. It is in such a great location on the way to Kiawah Island. To Go options, smoothies, brunch options, coffee, alcohol, picnic options, indoor sit down dining, and outdoor air down dining options. Atmosphere is super fresh, clean, everyone is so friendly and kind. We were a bit nervous stopping at a new place but absolutely fell in love. We also have two little boys and we did not feel uncomfortable or a nuisance. We often times run into that feeling when eating but that was not the case. They also had a refrigerator full of all local business products from local alcohol to local bagels to local ice cream. We will be definitely stopping by next time we go to Kiawah and also we will be bringing all of our local friends. Such a nice warm welcome change when it comes to places to eat in the Kiawah area.”

“My partner stopped in and got me a beverage to help me feel better. He said the staff explained every beverage and were so helpful getting the best drink for the given situation. The beverage is not only delicious but healthy and hydrating. When you have an immunity crisis and need a boost I highly suggest stopping in and grabbing a tropical detox tea with an immunity supplement shot. It is so refreshing! I'm feeling better all ready! “Each time I come down to stay at our family’s home in Kiawah, we always end up walking down the beach to The Sanctuary’s Bar to end our evening. This year the staff was A++++. I have to give a special shoutout to Nel, Britney & Mr. Wesley for going above & beyond the entire week, each night we visited. From seeing some of us waiting in line & before we even got to the front of the line, knowing & having our drinks ready or to helping my grandmother onto our golf cart as she is handicap. They made our family have the most fun we have had in years down here in Kiawah. We look forward to being back over Easter. Thanks for everyone who took care of us throughout the week!”

“We dined in the first day. We took out thereafter. The food was so yummy! The crabby shrimp and grits oh my lawd!!!! It was supper busy but they still got the food out in a timely manner. Service was excellent. We will be back.”

“Sports bars aren’t my typical environment of choice because I don’t drink and I don’t watch sports. I do like watching people in new environments, though. I was craving a steak salad, and having recently moved back to Johns Island, I wanted to try somewhere new. I saw The Natural pop up in my search results and decided I’d give it a try.

The salad was fresh and delicious with crisp greens, juicy tomatoes, and hot yet tender steak. I wish I’d taken a photo then, but I ate it probably too quickly. I decided to drink one of their delta 9 seltzers and definitely felt its effects a little too long for my comfort. I was grateful that the waitress didn’t hurry me to leave once I finished my food.

Still feeling the effects heavily, I told the host I didn’t feel comfortable driving yet, so I moved to a bar hightop table. I was grateful that I could sit here until I felt sober enough to go home. I’m not sure how long I was there for, but definitely nearing 2-3 hours. It gave me a chance to capture my surroundings and observations. Thought I would share here since I took advantage of sitting somewhere for so long.”

“We couldn't have enjoyed a 4th of July celebration anywhere else like this! They had soooo much for the whole family to enjoy! They had food, games, the best entertainment, swimming and so much more! The fireworks show our huge crowd agreed was the best we have seen! I hope it works out for us to be here on the 4th of July again!

“Mainly 5 stars because I came up here from the beach on my 30th birthday and they delivered with cold beer and the best Crispy Chicken Salad I’ve ever had. Crispy fried chicken, halved figs, candied pecans, hearts of palm, a delicious truffle dressing over some romaine. I mean good gawd almighty.”

“First time visiting today and Co-Op was slammed with customers given the holiday. Staff was working really hard to get orders out. Appreciated them being up front about the wait time and our food came out within that window. Sandwiches were delicious (egg salad and Cali turkey). Enjoyed the Frozé as well. I can see why it's a popular place!”

“Not gonna lie, we ended up here accidentally. We prefer local spots, so lots of places were closed for Xmas week. Boy did we luck out! The atmosphere was very comfortable for me, my teens & my septuagenarian parents. The servers were personable, the owner visited & had a real conversation. They even did the perfect birthday thing for my 18 year old (not to embarass them, but they felt special). Best of all, the food was AMAZING! We got gumbo, shrimp & grits, seafood platter, shrimp creole - all of it was delicious! Definitely recommend!
