“Todd from SBHs was the first person to get back to me after I made several catering inquiries online. He called me, personally, later the same day. He took my request over the phone, encouraged me to use his cell phone for any questions, and sent me an estimate within a couple of hours. When I texted with questions or changes, he got back to me within the hour. It was a small party, less than 50, so we picked up the food ourselves and he provided the chafing dishes and Sternos. Food was ready as promised, and it was delicious!! We ordered the brisket, pulled pork and chicken, Mac and cheese and collards. Our guests were very happy and so were we! Thanks, Todd, for the great experience!”

“I am a bit upset with this place. I love going here because I love trying new ciders. My boyfriend and I went today with our 2 dogs. We went inside with both dogs. Ordered 2 drinks and 3 things off the food menu. Once we ordered we went to sit and I went to the restroom. I came out and couldn't find my boyfriend. They made him go out with the dogs. Our dogs are well trained and behaved. My problem is that this is considered "dog friendly" but they kicked us out with the dogs AFTER we ordered our drinks and food. If dogs aren't allowed in the building because of a "open kitchen" , then it should had been said to us when we walked in with the dogs. The girl could had said "Hey , dogs aren't allowed inside , I can come out and take your order". It's 40 degrees out and raining. We didnt want to sit outside in the cold with our dogs and they have no heater outside. We was looking for a place to eat with our dogs. We spent a good bit of money on food , that may had been pretty good if we ate it there but had to get it to go so we wouldn't freeze. Unfortunately I'll miss the cider options , but we won't be back. adding- I use to stop by after volunteering for the shelter and have seen workers come out AFTER people went in to order and say they could bring their dog inside. Point is , if the dogs aren't allowed in then it needs to be said when walking in and the dogs shouldn't be allowed in just so we can order our food and then be thrown outside.”

I swear she can read minds because we never had to ask for anything, she just knew how to make this the best dinner possible. Fresh rolls, plenty of sauces, never an empty cup, picture perfect plate presentations; you name it! On top of that, her personality is one of a kind. She is so bright and by the end of the meal I felt like we could be best friends. Texas Roadhouse always has excellent food but this was the best experience dining out anywhere because of Meleny's service. We will be making the drive from Simpsonville to Spartanburg far more often now because of her. She handles the service industry so well; always keeping a smile on her face even when the restaurant stays so busy. My husband ordered the filet medallions with green beans and chilli and I ordered the smothered chicken with broccoli and a salad. I highly recommend both dishes.”

Lauren was kind, friendly and had a beautiful smile. She made our experience memorable. Lauren also praised her manager, Dan, stating he was the best she ever worked for, and that the entire staff loved working for him. It was just an all around great experience and we will definitely return!”

“I fully believe this to be the best Waffle House I have ever been to. The staff were very welcoming and continued to clean as they went. The staff didn’t leave each server to their own table but instead helped each other and checked in with other tables if they thought they may need something. However, what I enjoyed the most was the atmosphere. Regulars that have been coming here for 10 years were joking with staff and vice versa. It felt welcoming and at home. If I lived closer, this would be a regular weekend treat.”

“My Mom & I visited Outback in Spartanburg a few weeks ago. The food and service was good. My concern was when paying the bill they rounded off the bill from $23.12 to $24.00. We were told by the waitress they had no coins. I gave the wattress .12 and she gave me a dollar back. This is not acceptable! I received a response but the main unsatisfactory issue as you can see wasn’t even addressed!”

Mike loves their fried chicken and I love their veggies, especially their fried okra and collard greens (I'm a vegetarian and they don't cook their veggies in meat or meat products!). From our first visit a few months ago and every visit since, everyone there, especially Bobby and John, make you feel like family. Mike has cancer so it's a good feeling to see him eat so well and enjoy himself so much. And don't forget the banana pudding...delicious!!”

They were so good...moist and flavorful. Two cupcakes and two small cups of ice cream cost $19 and some change. It's a little pricey but totally worth it, in my opinion!!”

Our server sucked she wasn’t polite and just handed over our food and hurried away . Seen her outside the window smoking and talking to someone that had just pulled up , she comes back in after 10 mins or so brings our food it’s cold !

“WORST CURRY GOAT EVER!!! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER MEAL FROM THS ESTABLISHNENT!!!!! This is the 2nd time, I purchased form this store. The first time I feel I was given the bottom of the pots, because everything was burnt. I complained and received my money back!! It has been over a year, and I thought that if I make purchase early in the day, lunch time. How could I go wrong? Wrong!! The food was awful, awful!!! the goat meat was chewy; I never was able to actually chew not one piece of goat meat!!! I never swallowed not one dang piece!! HORRENDOUS, THE ONLY GOOD THING ON MY PLATE WAS RICE AND ANOTHER THNG, WHERE WAS THE FRIED BANANAAS?? NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!! YUK, YUK!! I complained and all I got was a sorry!! Wasn't going to get anything else, i threw the remainder of the food in the trash!!!”

“Todd from SBHs was the first person to get back to me after I made several catering inquiries online. He called me, personally, later the same day. He took my request over the phone, encouraged me to use his cell phone for any questions, and sent me an estimate within a couple of hours. When I texted with questions or changes, he got back to me within the hour. It was a small party, less than 50, so we picked up the food ourselves and he provided the chafing dishes and Sternos. Food was ready as promised, and it was delicious!! We ordered the brisket, pulled pork and chicken, Mac and cheese and collards. Our guests were very happy and so were we! Thanks, Todd, for the great experience!”

“The flavor options for cobbler are great. The caramel apple was my favorite and tasted fresh!
We also tried a milkshake and it was delicious. We're gonna try the giant cookies next time.
Atmosphere wasn't the most inviting to hang out for but it wasn't necessarily bad either. We dropped in waited a few minutes and took it home to enjoy and will do it again. Don't miss out on their deserts!”

“Got here a few minutes before opening and there was a line. Very cordial and fast moving as they had 2 greeters and registers going. Plenty of parking. Waitress I had was Jennifer…very friendly and always checked in to see if everyone in her section needed anything..don’t have to worry about running out of beverage, as she was on top of it. Food - everything was hot and fresh..which is a very welcoming appeal to buffets, as sometimes when they first open..warmers aren’t always hot. The popcorn shrimp was a little crispier than what I like..but that’s just me and I won’t discredit them for that. Desserts…holy whoa..they “fudge brownie”…heaven on a plate. It’s the standard run of the mill Golden Corral buffet options but something about this one here in Spartanburg seemed different. It’s like they all have a friendly tone to them and it’s just very welcoming overall. I will be back and definitely give this a 5*.”
