“Being from Texas where Whataburger was born I was accustomed to the great friendly and accurate service Whataburger is known for. I had disappointed that has not transferred to this new location in Boiling Springs, until now. There is new management that is cleaning house.

The last few visits have been stellar. I mean that. Today, Ally greeted me at the drive thru menu with a great attitude. When I got to the window, it was even better. I was greeted with an actual smile. After scanning my rewards code, Ally reminded me what rewards I had and when they expire. I have never had this done anywhere so have been. She called me by name multiple times. Again had real genuine smiles. Gave me a good recommendation on my coffee. Belinda, what ever you are doing here it’s working. Thanks for making this my home town Whataburger.

“Absolutely impeccable! We were going to a place that was closed, and we love trying new places so we finally found this one! On the expensive side but this place should be bigger than McDonald's! They even have ketchup in the container like a sauce! We will 100% be driving out the way again just to come back! Big burgers and plenty of fries, gonna be full all day.“

“We came for the viral crunchin cookie dipped ice cream but they were out. We still had vanilla ice cream cones and the strawberry sundae. We also had burgers and the shrimp basket with fries.
The inside looks like it is under construction, there was a broken table and the ceiling tiles looked like it had some water damage at some point. Overall great service, good food.“

Went to the cow event and my 3 year old wanted a picture/hug with the cow. the cow didn't pay her any attention and barely stayed out before returning to the back. then I tried to order food and the cashier said she would be right back. when she returned she skipped me and my kids when we was trying to order and started taking the people behind us order. we left and took our business to another restaurant.“

“Ordered 2 Frisco breakfast sandwiches at drive through. They told me to park and they'd bring it to me . After several minutes they brought it out and I pulled out and noticed they didn't give me a straw. Went back around and got a straw . Pulled out opened the Frisco wrapper and my sandwich was cold and hadn't been cooked. The bread was just like plain white sandwich bread. Pulled around want me inside and showed them . The kids working in the back were acting bad and I'm pretty sure I heard some lewd comments directed towards me
After seeing and hearing this I just got a refund and went somewhere else . I will never go back there and I'll tell everyone I can how bad Hardee's in Inman is. It's a disgrace. I wished I had recorded it. No wonder they struggle so much.“

“Had the spicy chicken biscuits. It was good, the chicken was a crazy thick piece and crispy. The biscuit was great, classic southern butter biscuit. The hashbrown was okay, it was crispy but not burnt, however, it didn’t have much seasoning but that’s okay ketchup helps lol. There was no line so that was nice to get in and out fast. Definitely will be back to try more options.

“I am the host of the Hardee's car meet. I have the meet once a month at the Hardee's in Boilings. The manager is always there to make sure everything goes smoothly and everyone that eats there is taken care of. The staff has always been super friendly and the food has always been good and fresh. so I want to thank the Hardee's employees for taken care of us.“

“This is the most streamlined Chick-fil-A I have ever seen. It's made for drive through, yet one can still walk up to an order window and eat on a patio. Restrooms are available with parking spots near the patio. Service is quick and friendly.“

“I had an unusual experience at the local Arbys drive thru. I am disabled and on oxygen so the drive thru is great . Sometimes the person in the window is uncomfortable with my appearance and that makes me uncomfortable. The young man at that drive thru not only greeted me with a warm smile he also asked if I was ok and did I need anything. I was very pleased and wish I had written this that day. With all the negative news about the disabled and people of color I wanted to share his kindness and smile with everyone. Guys like that make my day.“

“I was a DoorDasher tonight for this Arby’s being one of my jobs and I must say the manager Jacob and the employee Olivia were absolutely amazing to be acquainted with! They greeted me and I told them I was there for a door dash and they were very nice and polite with me, and I really appreciated it! I’m not social often, but tonight was an exception because of the great atmosphere they gave me in return! I would definitely come here or recommend it to anyone as long as they’re working! “Young kids working have attitude when they mess up your order and then you ask them to remake your sandwich because they messed your order up. Establishment not very clean also. There were flies flying all over lettuce and tomatoes, salt & pepper shakers. They didn't care about cleaning them or washing them off as long as you didn't say nothing to them about it they don't care what they give you. It's just a job to them....no worries.“

But anywayz, the cheeseburger happy meal was on point. Staff was great. Vibes were lacking. The new McDonald's decor is giving modern art and I don't like it.“

Bacon egg and cheese biscuit has a set price on the menu, yet every time I order, I get a $0.50 egg addition charge. Also, the tax rate should be 7% yet they charge 9%. The extra is going somewhere, but not to taxes!“

“Placed my order at drive thru. Order includdd plain biscuit(1.69) she rang up jelly biscuit(1.89). When I pulled up and asked her to correct it she huffed and gave attitude. She called Annie(who is absolutely awesome)to fix the issue and she did. When she handed me my drink and food she never spoke to me or said anything. Just shut window in my face. This is a white older lady. This location always has the best customer service and friendliness but this lady failed.“
