“I usually recommend Canal Coffee, but tonight I went by there to get my regular order of a 20 oz caramel thirty below and 20 ox iced latte. My thirty below was horrible and tasted just like whipped cream and it didn’t even have the right color. My iced latte was first made in the wrong size and when I brought it to the workers attention they corrected the size, but my drink was not right. I had to throw both drink away and it was just a waste of my money and I’m not happy with the service I received tonight.“

“i have never had an issue before. they messed my drink up and stopped me before i even noticed it and asked someone to move when i reported them on the handicapped lines. the service is spectacular, the environment is wonderful. its clean and overall their attitudes are welcoming. 100/10 i recommend this location“

“I needed 50 gift cards and Carrie and Darius were more than happy to help me. 0ther restaurants complained that they didn't have time to mess with that kind of an order. Carrie and Darius had a great attitude and jumped right on it cheerfully. Great job guys!“

“Staff were wonderful and so welcoming. I could not tell you enough how much I love the employees. Not to mention the food was amazing and they made my coffee perfect!!! This location was very clean and the decorations are so cute!!
