“The vibes are nice here. It was busy when I visited so I didn’t get a chance to play skee-ball but it’s so awesome they have it! Thankful for the vegan option Burger with plant based cheese as well. Got a small side of fries and it was huge and a little greasier than I’d like but still delicious. The Buffalo Cauliflower is also well seasoned! “The food at Tombo Grille is AMAZING. Everything we ordered at our table was prepared perfectly. The cocktails were delicious, however, the wait between an empty cocktail and refill was nearly exceeding 30 minutes. The wait for the food was around 45 minutes. This was my first time visiting Tombo so maybe it was an off-day for them. I’ll definitely visit again when I’m back in town.“

“The steak is delicious! It is seasoned, salty, and buttery crispy seared on the outside. Getting it medium is the way to go.Chicken thighs are full of flavor and good too.The prosciutto and arugula pizza is good too. We sat outside on the patio by the fire pit and had a heater nearby to keep us warm on a chilly evening.Good spot!“
“Nice public house with daily lunch special that includes a beer on tap! Service was quick, food was a little slow and could have been more flavorful although it looked terrific. ? Will have to try some tacos next time. Great fun atmosphere.“
“Yet again we had the most wonderful Sunday brunch! Every one of the staff at Top of Carolina went out of their way to make us feel wanted & special, even the greeting in the Capstone House foyer was friendly! The food? As usual, it was superb, with everything available from traditional breakfast fare, through cold meats, cheeses & salads to hot lunch items - there is a carvery & even an omelette station. Then we come to the piece de resistance - the dessert table! I'm not sure how the dessert chef manages to come up with so many cake, pastry, hot pudding, cold pudding etc ideas (there must be at least 20 different selections), but she does an absolutely amazing job each week - this week we even had a delicious crême brulée. And, whilst savouring all of this, everybody has an unobstructed view of the city and its surrounding area! Thank you! This is by far not just the best Sunday brunch for a 100 mile radius, it is also the best value Sunday brunch in that radius! We will be back ... soon“
“First time...& really enjoyed it. The atmosphere to me is meh...but the rest makes up for it. Price range $$ easily per person. Great beer, wine & drink list...if you're interested. There was a break in food service when we popped in on a Sunday. Enjoyed a drink at the bar while waiting, no biggie. Live music in the patio area was fantastic!!! There are T.V's if you enjoy sports...lol Highly recommend checking it out. I can't wait for the warmer months“

“So far it's been great. Ordered their fried whiting (9/10)with fries(7/10) and the seasoning on the whiting was pretty good. I do feel they should include more fries with the order, however for the price it was a steal. The fish comes with your standard run of the mill roll (5/10). their macaron (8/10)i is pretty good as well. Ordered through DoorDash“
