“So please with this restaurant! Were not planning to go, but went at last minute because we had to be downtown delayed for an hour…The food is delicious and the service is wonderful….fast, yet tasty and special! The guys running the place are super and make you feel at home…
Cool vibes inside the restaurant and fun to go because Shaq is the endorser, and it sits on the main downtown street of Chatt!“

They're always super nice and the food is always good, except for the fries!
The fries have tasted nasty the last three times I've gotten them. I've looked at them and they're not burnt, and I don't see a green tint on them, but they taste old and very earthy. I don't know if they just got a bad batch of potatoes in or what but I haven't been able to eat my fries for these past few times“

“Limited menu. Only one size fry and drink. Medium. No chicken noodle soup. You fix your own drink. You do not pay at the Chick-fil-a counter. You pay around the corner at the checkout desk. You pay for all food items in the cafeteria at the same checkout desk. Including Subway and Chef's Corner.“

“"A team" Go to Chic filet and you'll see one ❤️. I marvel every time I witness what it is that they do that sets them apart in our everyday world full of chaos. They seem to have the secret sauce when it comes to, well-- everything. No, not their polonisian (but it's good!). Their intentionality, their STANDARD, their people, and their people's commitment to their standard is truly worthy of imitation. But there are few others. It's no surprise to me now WHY their line wraps around their buildings EVERYDAY. But it moves quickly! 🚗💨 Yes, their chicken is good but an "everyday" visit for lunch just doesn't have the same feel at other places -- EVERYday. Chic filet is consistent. Go! You will see agreement IN ACTION between their people and Chic filet's standard that dictates that smooth flow of service for you every time. In contrast, the spirit of our now 'severed world' dictates that people act according to their "rights". But actually "rights" must be rooted in WHAT is RIGHT because RIGHT HAS A STANDARD. Just like at Chick-fil-A a person can't just do whatever he or she FEELS is right (to them) or the flow is sure to be compromised -- for the whole team! 😔 So thank you Chick-fil-A for being such a wonderful example ❤️. Because the real team is HUMANITY which is you and me.“
“The customer’s were so loud and people walking back and fourth,I felt I was in someone's way the whole time I was in there. We were next in line and stood there for nearly 10 mins wait for our order to be taken. Management was awesome tho. They were pretty busy.“

“Great lunch spot. It's KFC what else is there to say you already know if you like it or not. But I'll add, I always get excellent service at this location in Hixson. I've never had a bad experience. Always fast, fresh chicken and friendly staff. Recommend ordering in the app for extra discounts“

“My sandwich was decent. But the young lady that brought my food out while doing a curb side order was the sweetest! Her name is Claire and I really enjoyed our small conversation. I really hope she is the one to bring my food out the next time I’m there.“

“The gentleman that was working the counter today was so professional and kind. He is a testament pleasant atmosphere of this restaurant. The staff worked well together to get my food quickly and I came at the end of the lunch rush. I had is off to this manager they have definitely put together a good lunch crew.“

“first visit today and It was overdue. the chicken strips were incredible. The potato salad, a taste, unlike any I've had before and a cole slaw was outstanding. I wish I'd have found this place a while ago because it was truly one of the nicest and best restaurants I've been into in Chattanooga in the last couple of years. I'm going back again, many times, this place is outstanding. The staff is incredible. The ambience is calming. Menus are very basic and easy to read. conveniently, located on broad street, this is a must do when you're in chattanooga“
