McDonald's in Chattanooga

“Folks, Y'all need to stop panicking in the kitchen when you get a morning rush. There's are egg shells in the eggs. Im not just talking about a small piece, im talking about two huge pieces of egg shells. Everything else is great.“

“We are staying at a hotel nearby and one of the kids wanted a happy meal, so we came for lunch. The low rating was a little concerning, but we were pleasantly surprised. They were very busy, but got our food out relatively quickly. The food was hot and fresh, and the only thing they got wrong was the burger in the happy meal, but they caught it before we did and came out and handed us the correct burger. The manager and staff working lunch clearly were doing very well.“

“Fairly standard McDonald's. During peak hours on the weekends especially the wait times can be quite long, but during off-hours the service is great. The food is made properly according to McDonald's standards. There's a really nice big play area for the kids. My kids enjoy it very much. The play area is enclosed and air conditioned which is very nice.“

“We were in town for a family emergency and needed a place near the hospital to eat. I found the place by chance on Google , it had great reviews and something each of us liked so we decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere and staff. They we're very welcoming and attentive. The food was absolutely amazing and the cakes were the best I've ever had. We shared a slice of carrot cake. We enjoyed it so much we went back 2 days later for dinner and of course more carrot cake! We will definitely return if we're ever in Chattanooga again! My only wish is that I would have taken pictures to share the first day we went.“

“Me and my girlfriend were working late and wanted a late night snack. We got there right before 1am on 9/13 and were greeted with nothing but amazing hospitality. Devine at the window and the rest of the crew were so sweet and had the best attitude even though we seemed to catch them right before close. Shout out everyone working when we came through will definitely be back(not right before close) because if them!“

“Could have been a lot better. Has attitude at checkout and meal was messed up, but we ate it anyways, we were already gone in the car when we realized we had somebody else's order. We didn't get as much but we were hungry or we would have went back.“

“Zeriah was a nice young lady with a cast on her right foot she was very eager to assist everyone in the the store as I had observed from a distance, she was very polite and genuine at this particular visit their was a serene experience so I was happy“

“Honestly, in recent years, McDonald’s has went down and quality, but I cannot say that for this particular one. My burger came out quickly. The staff was nice and kind. My burger wasn’t destroyed or smashed like it usually is at different locations. I would absolutely eat here more often if the quality that I received continues.“

“Just left from here. Food came out piping hot and made correctly which is a huge plus but the customer service is lacking so bad. I work in customer service and there’s a way to speak to people and handle customers. McDonald’s of all the fast food has the most rude employees. The food was good though.“
