“I stupidly ordered to the wrong location and the sweet girl at the drive through window (assuming it was the manager) offered to make our order anyway, even though they were already so busy. We’d had a rough morning and were on the way home from a dr’s appointment for our baby and it really made my day. It’s rare to find customer service/kind gestures like that these days. Thank you so much to whoever that was!! The food and drinks at this location are also always super consistent.“

“I went in there with my girlfriend and we noticed the staff was so welcoming! It was clean, the music was calm, it smelled like fresh coffee in there and the service was amazing. “This is by far the worst Starbucks I've ever visited. The customer service has at this location is horrible, management is no help. They take your order at the drive thru and give you such a hard time, always getting an attitude. Please get a manager that's willing to train the staff on customer service etiquette.“

“This is, without a doubt, the friendliest and cleanest Starbucks in Memphis. I go every morning, and I am always greeted warmly. They all know me by name, and my order is never wrong or disappointing.

Justin and the entire team work extremely hard to make sure every customer feels at home and welcomed. At other locations, the experience can be a mystery, but not here. Every team member deserves a large raise, if you ask me.

“As we grabbed our final purchases of road snacks, my friend Nick and I almost forgot to get coffee. We B-lined straight for the Starbucks inside of the Target…
As we approached the Starbucks to order, we were greeted with the morning energy of a delightful person, Corey, as well as the lady making drinks.

I was so tired I couldn’t even figure out what it was my brain was telling me to order, like I had a stroke or something. Haha.
We had a few more positive and sarcastic friendly words and finished ordering. We decided we’d start a Corey and Lori show. 😆
I got my drink, and I asked if they could add splash of something because I am an idiot and half awake for our 9 hour drive to NC.
And Corey had us all cracking up laughing after what he said, “Nick, do you always hang out people who are extra?” 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I am not offended by the least, rather energized by the energy of a good and funny human. Because, well, we’re all a little extra and I am that person who sucks at deciding on coffee choices. 🤣

Thanks for making our morning start off right to our 9 hour drive! Don’t stop being who you are, you might make someone smile who is having the worst day.🫶🏻🫶🏻🥹

“I love the coffee specialties that Starbucks has, and that you can choose them hot or cold, large or small. They have other frozen drinks, that are very tasty and refreshing.You can also add a little of whipped cream on your coffee, yummy.Or take a bite, choosing one of their special sandwiches, or something sweet, like their deserts.I like that they adapt their coffees to each season, and I can't wait for Fall, to taste my favorite pumpkin spice latte.“

Edit: So, I finally got up the courage to go in and check it out. The line was a bit long and the wait was about 10 minutes, but the place is super popular, and I only saw two girls working. I got a pumpkin spice frap and the pink drink. I expected it to be expensive. It was $12 and some change total, even though I got medium for both. I can't complain about the flavours though. The pumpkin frappe literally tastes like you're drinking pumpkin coffee, so no complaints there. I didn't actually know what the pink drink consisted of prior, other than strawberry and coconut milk. It tastes more like mango to me, and I don't lik mango, but that's not their fault. If you have the time, the money, and the insatiable craving, it's a good place to hit up occasionally. But I personally don't see myself visiting again.“

“This is starting to be my new favorite location! The young boy there is always sweet to me and when he’s in control of the drinks he always gets mine quick and sufficient. The young man with the curly brown hair is also very sweet and has a high spirit! Starbucks keep this up.“

“So I usually tip a little something to Starbucks workers, but I placed my order in advance and it still said it would take 20 minutes which is sometimes understandable. My problem is I got there and I sat and waited on the order and they made both of my items wrong and I had to wait longer for them to remake them. They gave me a sandwich instead of eggs. I had a drink the wrong flavor so I was upset. The ONLY 2 reasons I'm still giving them 5 stars is because they usually do my order right and because the cashier was SUPER accommodating and nice. She had them stop and fix my stuff.“

“I don’t typically order inside or pick up inside. I always order ahead in the app and use the drive through to pick up. This last visit I came inside to order at the Riverdale location so I could use a payment method outside of the app. I realized me ordering outside of the app meant I needed to be able to explain all the customizations which I rely on the app for. Without hesitation the wonderful barista says don’t you get the iced brown sugar shaken espresso? I was completely blown away and impressed. More importantly, I felt like I was among friends. This visit made me decide to make an extra effort to make it my point to only visit this location. Which is great because it really is in my neighborhood. I’m so glad this location exists. “This starbucks location is alright. However, if you are going to do a mobile order MAKE SURE TO DO IN STORE PICK UP. Otherwise, you’ll be waiting 30+ minutes in the drive thru. I did watch a barista make my drink incorrectly at one occasion. I ordered a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. The barista made the whole thing in a cup (like a latte) and didn’t even put it in the shaker. And she let the espresso sit in the cup by itself for like a minute, which burned it. I used to work at a different starbucks location, so i know that you should not be doing that. It’s a little upsetting that you’re paying $6-7 for one drink and not getting your drink made correctly :/ Other than that once occasion, I haven’t had any other problems with my drink being made wrong.“

They have started their holiday flavors, so stop by & get your nice warm drink along with a bite to eat. If you don't like coffee it's okay they have a few other drinks with no coffee like flavored teas, hot chocolate & just ask.“

“I noticed this one worker working both the register and window making drinks. She was such a delight despite costumers attitudes. I got the mango dragonfruit lemonade and it was soo delicious. I caught her name and am sure it’s Jenny. 10/10 recommend, loved my drink“
