This place sucks coffee should never take 25 minutes in side with no one here. I feel like this is going to be the next location that's closed for ever because the employees don't care. This Starbucks is trash.
This is the second time I have come to this location and had a bad experience after placing a mobile order.I placed the order while at the mall parking lot, then drove to the drive thru. I said I had a mobile order and gave my name. She said "looks like we just received it. You can pull around but I can't guarantee it will be ready yet".The previous visit I was told that mobile orders must be done at least 15 mins before picking up. I have never had this issue at other locations...read full review
