“Took a cookie decorating class and it was AWESOME! The course was thoughtfully designed from the presentation to the guide cards at the table to Kelly’s tips and tricks along the way. The course moved quickly and I learned so much in just over an hour. It was perfect and I really couldn’t have asked for anything more. Already signed up for the next class!“

“I stopped by the northshore store today for my favorite go to lunch- the pasta house salad! There was a new lady (manager maybe?) that was so happy and sweet. Taking the best care of everyone! Don’t forget to snag a lemon cookie when you’re there (best cookie in knoxville)“

“We stopped here on our way through Knoxville to North Carolina, what a wonderful surprise to find such a delicious bakery and some of the nicest people we’ve met. Even though they don’t sell decorated cakes right out of the case, they decorated a cake for us in 5 minutes it was beautiful AND delicious. We travel through frequently so we will definitely be stopping again soon. The donuts and cinnamon rolls were a big hit too.“

“The cookies are pretty good. They look like little hats (they are supposed to look like mountains). Since we got ours to go, I forgot to take a picture when we got home.
The service was fine, the ambiance is fine too. It is small so there are no seats, you just buy them to go.
They were better than regular store bought cookies, but they were not life changing. I suppose I was hoping for more based on reviews I read, but they were good, not amazing.“

“Bob is my goat. It’s was closing and he was still the nicest person in the mall and wasn’t complaining about me and my friends coming over. 5 stars purely on bob and he is the only reason I come to the mall now. Bob should be promoted and given a raise with how hard he works and everything he does for the Company.“

“Cookies were great, as always. Associate bordered in being rude. Maybe she felt stressed. After all we were at the mall. But... & she over charged us! My grandson (14) noticed that right off. But I didn't want to make her life any more stressed.“
