“Awesome burgers at fair prices. Our local version is pretty rough, but this one lives up to the Steak 'n Shake name. We had to wait for a bit in the drive-thru line, but once we got the food we forgot all about that. Now that we know it's here, we will make it a regular stop when passing through.“

“Went for lunch with my wife ! Restaurant staff was very friendly and professional clean Restaurant bathrooms clean and easily accessible our server was very attentive and polite steak was a little to salty for my taste but very tender sides were delicious would recommend Charley’s for lunch very affordable and tasty!“

“Food was delicious! Got a bacon wrap and the bacon was so crispy and also got a honey mustard chicken wrap and the chicken was crunchy enough and I dipped it in honey mustard and also I got a strawberry cheesecake shake with oreo added and my friend got a caramel fudge shake. The milkshakes are probably my favorite thing they have. Superb!!!“

“Food is always cold. Always. Like, not even warm to the touch. If I order something without onions, it has onions. If I ask for mustard, I either get no mustard and all of the mayo in the world, or all of the mustard in TN. No one wants that much condiment on a burger. The fries and tots are always cold, burnt and greasier than anything. I've been there 3 times in 3 years, always hoping it will be better next year. Here's to 2024. And no, I'm not giving it 2 stars like ot says. 0/5 stars. For some reason it auto-generates a rating.“
