“I would describe this place as fancy fast food. The basic menu is burgers and fries but at a higher price than regular fast food. However, the food was good with sandwich and burger choices you won't find at other places. I probably could have shared fries with my wife rather than each of us getting some. The dining area was clean and had a very large covered outdoor seating area with ping pong and corn hole boards.“

“The guys at the service were very kind and friendly. The product is very good, I got the Oreo fudge Brownie, really good. Quick service and very smiling cashier. I had a good time and the cost was excellent. Recommended for families.

The ice cream is so thick and creamy. Plus the nitrogen thing is really cool. If I had a bunch of money, I’d open more franchises in my area.“

“I won’t call my self an expert on Ice cream definitely an enthusiast though. The Ice cream here has got to be one of the most delicious things I’ve ever tried. The Coffee flavor was the obvious choice but their sweet potato Ice cream was one of the most unique flavors, I’ve ever tried. The staff was incredibly friendly and the location was super clean, great place to stop on a Sunday (if you are Christian please dont harass service workers here, go take out your Jesus hate elsewhere. Try the Ingles in Cashiers NC, that manager is a pervert. His name is Jeremy)“

“This is one of the best smash burgers I've ever had. I usually shy away from smashburgers because they aren't juicy, but this smash burger is AMAZING. The employees were all so friendly and the place is super cute. I also had a Nemo Sushi milkshake (blueberry banana) was also delicious. My husband's chocolate milkshake was so chocolatey. He also loved his cheeseburger, and he's picky. The Baam sauce was a delight.“

“Who needs the club when you can party with pastry!!! The Baked Bear delivered a polar play on fresh baked cookies and ice cream!! So many combinations but I’ll always do for caramel with a bit of cookie. Kyle was the bomb and helped us out with great customer service. Perfect night time treat.“

“We had my daughter’s birthday party here two years in a row. This is a fabulous place to host a party. It is easy and affordable. The staff really took care of us on both occasions. Would highly recommend this for parties or a regular visit.“

She offered us a couple of tastes and answered my questions about some of the names I did not recognize. So many choices and all of the recipes and ice cream itself are made by the owner and family so it’s truly a unique and delicious experience. I truly do not ever plan to purchase a store-bought tub of ice cream ever again.“

I honestly don’t have much to say! I don’t think I’ve ever been to a crumble cookie with bad service, or anything out of the ordinary. I looked at their menu on the screen and decided to go with one rocky road cookie. The total was $4.68, it was for my son, so I’m trying to watch what he eats. He loved it! It was super warm and chocolatty! If that’s even a word lol……..

“One of my kids loves this place. The rest of us would try it, but there are no vegan options.... A polite middle finger to Crumbl on that, and perhaps an additional "suck a fart." All that said, they have their thing, and they do it super well
Vegetarian options: Jack squat for vegan options, which for an upscale place in a hip spot in a large city seems like an oversight.“

Ice cream was really creamy. Delicious to the last scoop. Loved the unlimited toppings and the cold slab they used to mix in the toppings. Several tables and chairs are available to enjoy your ice cream. This location also sells cookies that are freshly made here.
The service could use a bit more of a friendly touch. The location aesthetics also need a bit of touch-up.
