BUT my favorite part of the experience is hanging out with the nice people who work here like Tracey.....and others... Everyone is great and the product is awesome, too... “I would like an accommodation our a rule to be in place. Because I’m always getting a single smoothie with a lot of add-ons so it ends up costing me $20 just for one. Everytime I ask for the rest of the smoothie still in the blender I get a no, it’s against company policy. Even though I’m paying for 2 smoothies but only getting one smoothie.“

“The burgers are really good and definitely the highlight, though they’re a bit pricey for the portion size. The fries are underwhelming and don’t quite match the quality of the burgers. The milkshakes are good and a nice treat.

Service is okay. Orders are placed at a kiosk and the food is brought out to your table, but there’s no self-service drink station. Getting a refill can be frustrating since there’s often no one nearby at the counter to help.

Overall, Shake Shack has tasty burgers and good shakes, but the higher prices, weaker fries, and average service keep it from being a regular stop.“

“There’s a LOT more than just juice here! Sandwiches, wraps, bowls, salads and smoothies too. We shared their breakfast sandwich and the immunity builder juice. Both were really good. My favorite was the chicken pesto sandwich - it was excellent! Great food, organic ingredients, warm and friendly folks - I highly recommend this place!“

“E+ROSE was the first place I stopped by during my work trip to Nashville. I always love to find a local spot like this for nutritious and tasty food and this hit the nail on the head! They have another location downtown, but this one is about 10-15 minutes from the conference center. I got both items pictured from both shops and the quality was consistent. Will definitely stop by if I’m ever back in town!“

“We ate this place after a concert late at night and it was sooooo good! I got the fire burger and it was the 1st actually hot/spicy thing I’ve had the entire trip! And it was delicious! My husband had the Baam Burger and my daughter had just a cheeseburger and they both were good as well! I’ll definitely eat here again! “I have never been a regular coffeehouse-type person, but after trying Dutch Bros that has for sure changed. We always get blenders and I'm addicted to the crunch from the Itty bitty pieces of ice. I usually get a 911 with an extra shot, and sometimes pick banana, chocolate macadamia nut, and almond flavors. Yesterday though I decided it was pumpkin time! Did a 911 with an extra shot and pumpkin flavoring 1/2 sweet and I wish I knew which worker made it, because I'd hug them! It was literally the best blended drink I've ever had! “Today I had the best experience ever, ordered my smoothie at Rosa Parks location at 2:14pm pulled up at 2:21 not expecting it to be ready for another 8-10 minutes, guess what it was ready thanks to the Awesome Amelia. I usually get the Daily warrior that’s my go to, but some of the others do not make it right, I've grown frustrated with ordering this at other locations that I just gave up but Rosa Parks Locations gave me hope. It was also a Manager there that came out the back she was so sweet as Amelia very helpful. You all have made my day thank you ladies. I’ve drank it for so long I can look at it and tell if it’s right. Amelia made my drink just right I took one sip and it was amazing as she was I will be going to this one from now on. “This location opening near our house was our first time learning about Scooter’s but man are we glad it’s here! The customer service is truly outstanding…such a pleasant surprise at a time when customer service is a dying art in so many business. The team here isn’t just good, they’re fantastic. Every single person is so friendly, makes a genuine effort to ask how you’re doing or if you have any fun plans and they’re just so chipper and sociable. Not to mention the coffee is great, the “scoot on around” is marketing gold, and their branding is 10/10. Also, if you’re a sugar free coffee drinker, one of my fave things is that they actually offer their seasonal drinks in sugar free options, which very few places are good about offering, so I love that I can join in on the festive drinks here. You guys do an amazing job and we appreciate you!“

“What an ambiance! I was visiting some family members in the area and happened to come across this place. For one, the service is great! Everyone was so nice and accommodating, Maija helped me put my order together and was so kind! I got a strawberry shake with hemp seeds and a bowl. Everything was so delicious and so fresh! “Great coffee shop experience. I didn’t try any of the food offerings, just coffee, and needed a place to stay for a while. After thoroughly searching Google Maps for a good spot, this has to be one of the better options. Nashville, in general, isn’t particularly known for its coffee shops.

There’s plenty of seating with plug-in options. The craft coffee was flavorful and smooth. I had their light roast. I really enjoyed the space itself, with wall-to-wall windows that make it bright and inviting, and a variety of comfortable seating.

It’s co-located with the restaurant and bar, The Goat, so it’s a nice place to transition from breakfast and coffee to brunch and a mimosa, which I saw someone do.“
