“First time here, but it won’t be the last! We had the lunch specials of Fried Shrimp Basket & Crawfish Etouffee & both were delicious! The Large shrimp & breading were probably the best I’ve ever eaten…ever, and Cajun fries, too! Jon’Monique was our very nice & attentive waitress. We’ll be back!”

“The service was excellent! Hannah, our server, was attentive, accurate and polite. The food was delicious. I always enjoy the Salmon at Firebirds and opted to add it to my mixed green salad. My only disappointment was the bread. Everytime I've been to Firebirds, I am served a delicious round loaf of warm panella bread. This time, our table was served three small dinner rolls. I was so involved in a conversation with my lunch guest that I didn't ask the reason for the change. I hope it's not a permanent change. The panella bread is a winner!!”

“This has to be a joke, right??? Ordered Chicken quesadillas and received dry chicken wrapped in greasy tortilla...no cheese or anything else that by definition resembled a quesadilla. Extremely poor quality and someone who honestly just doesn't care about their job. I will NEVER IN LIFE ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SHAM OF A RESTAURANT. BUYER BEWARE!!”

“Very good place for lovers of eating meat! They welcome you with a container of shelled peanuts so you can snack on something while you decide what to drink and eat… very good service, very good atmosphere, very good food… I liked it! I hope you have the same experience if you visit!”

“Went here for dinner one night, the food was amazing even though there was a long wait for it. The restaurant only had two other people in there. The server was incompetent and did not know what he was doing.”

“My mom and I ate here after a day of shopping. The prices were decent and our food was made to order. I would say specify how you want you food cooked because my mom’s fish was a little overcooked but she was still willing to keep it, but coco checked on us and made sure we were satisfied and replaced the fish with no problem.”

“I placed an online order for take out. Right when it was ready to be picked up we had an emergency situation arise, they said they understood and would keep our pizza warm for us. An hour or so later they called me and asked if they could just deliver it free of charge. They brought it to us even though we live at the edge of their delivery area. Everyone I dealt with was extremely kind and professional. Wether you like the food or not those people deserve the business just for being good humans and caring about others.”

“Some of the best sushi you will find in Memphis area. I’ve eaten at both restaurants within this week and both excellent. Man who complained about slow service evidently doesn’t know we are in a pandemic and expect service to be the same as before. Patience is key. I will say service was fast both times. Young fellow at desk said KPB was not too spicy, so asked for Extra Spicy and was NOT disappointed. KPB was delicious, superb level of spice, lovely thick sauce, portion size was large, very nice. “People of Memphis you need to eat here!! Driving through town and we’re lucky enough to find this authentic Thai restaurant. The food is fantastic. We had the grilled steak/shrimp Papaya salad and the Ginger salmon. Both dishes were delicious with generous portions and a beautiful presentation. The cook and waitress are very friendly and gave us excellent service. Highly recommend.”

“I’ve only ordered through uber eats. But this is hands down my favorite restaurant in Memphis. I live downtown and I’ll always tip the drivers a little extra for the long drive but it’s so worth it. Food arrives hot, the flavors are authentic and I sincerely wished they could open another location closer to downtown. Best Thai food in the Memphis area and my personal favorite restaurant to order from.”

“Never thought about Honey Baked Ham being anything other than a seasonal business and I was wrong. Quite the place to go to for sandwiches and quite a few other items. Lots of stuff to make or spice up a meal. Seating for about 20 people and rather quiet on the dine in, seems like it was one person right after another for take out. Nice job lace to just chill and watch Stage Road go by. Enjoy.”

“My 2.5 year old and I went into this location today after an appointment she had at a local hospital. We live over an hour away and I haven’t had Gus’s in over 2 years. I was so excited to come. The service is very friendly. The food of course is excellent and super fresh! It was raining before we left so I went into the restroom to get my daughter ready to leave. She made the comment that the “toilet was really nice.” which I chuckled so told the staff about it as we were heading out. One of the employees, Lucas, let my daughter hug him at her own will unpromted and gave her a small bear he had attached to his phone. It made her day! If you’re deciding where you want to get some Cajun chicken, please go see them. The chicken is the best and the staff is very kind!”

“Ate Ty's barbeque yesterday for lunch! Brother & friend had eaten there the day before & bought some to bring home to eat later. Wow! Ty's is the best! From all the rest! Great smoky flavor, no fat, good mix of some burnt ends with lean meat....so so good! Also potato salad was delicious too! Like my brother said, if he's driving by there, he's stopping in! You should too! Never disappoints!”

I ordered extra noodle because I see small town pho places don't normally give sufficient noodles but this place gave enough, and enough meat and side vegetablesfor the pho, next time i don't need to order extra noodle at this place. We also ordered pork chop and beef mushroom both are decent. The chef or boss seemed nice, he served us the dishes. We got all our food about 10 minutes after ordered, happy with the speed and tastes. Hopefully the waitress lightens up a bit, we almost feel like not leaving a tip.”

“I understand they spend all day making basically the same burger, so when I come in and ask for a plain, it throws them off. 😂 So I'll just say it's great food and the staff is friendly. Also, I'd like to see better ingredients in everything. The tallow is an amazing start.

“Went here recently, and so glad I did. Most places I've gotten chocolate eclairs only do whipped cream filling, which is gross. This place has custard filled ones, though they're called 'Long Johns' instead? My granny used to buy custard filled chocolate eclairs in the morning for me whenever I was at her house. These reminded me of those. I've looked for YEARS to find another place that does the custard filled ones. SO happy to have found this place, it was perfect and delicious. My only complaint was that I got there a bit early and they didn't have any biscuits. But, hopefully next time I will get to try the biscuits as well. Will definitely be going back for more of those custard filled eclairs, or 'Long Johns'. <3”

“Was on a road trip across the country and needed some caffeine. I got a strawberry and pineapple beauty tea and it was amazing. It wasn’t to water down like some other clubs I have been to. I let the lady working the bar about a severe allergy to Mango and she helped me pick a tea that didn’t involve it.”
