“I placed an online order for take out. Right when it was ready to be picked up we had an emergency situation arise, they said they understood and would keep our pizza warm for us. An hour or so later they called me and asked if they could just deliver it free of charge. They brought it to us even though we live at the edge of their delivery area. Everyone I dealt with was extremely kind and professional. Wether you like the food or not those people deserve the business just for being good humans and caring about others.”

“First time here, but it won’t be the last! We had the lunch specials of Fried Shrimp Basket & Crawfish Etouffee & both were delicious! The Large shrimp & breading were probably the best I’ve ever eaten…ever, and Cajun fries, too! Jon’Monique was our very nice & attentive waitress. We’ll be back!”

We had the grilled steak/shrimp Papaya salad and the Ginger salmon. Both dishes were delicious with generous portions and a beautiful presentation. The cook and waitress are very friendly and gave us excellent service. Highly recommend.”

“I would say this place is a hidden gem but looking at all the reviews it seems people have caught on to how awesome it is. Not much to look at on the inside but that’s when you know you’re gonna get a great bbq meal! I had the burnt ends and they were a small portion size but still amazing and in the end with sides filled me up. 10/10 would recommend. Wish I could eat again and try everything on the menu.”

“My 2.5 year old and I went into this location today after an appointment she had at a local hospital. We live over an hour away and I haven’t had Gus’s in over 2 years. I was so excited to come. The service is very friendly. The food of course is excellent and super fresh! It was raining before we left so I went into the restroom to get my daughter ready to leave. She made the comment that the “toilet was really nice.” which I chuckled so told the staff about it as we were heading out. One of the employees, Lucas, let my daughter hug him at her own will unpromted and gave her a small bear he had attached to his phone. It made her day! If you’re deciding where you want to get some Cajun chicken, please go see them. The chicken is the best and the staff is very kind!”

They were having some technical difficulties and we only had tap and not enough cash to cover our total. Courtney told us it was on her tonight. As a food service worker I understand technology not always cooperating and I know it can be hard while trying to help customers. “I’ve only ordered through uber eats. But this is hands down my favorite restaurant in Memphis. I live downtown and I’ll always tip the drivers a little extra for the long drive but it’s so worth it. Food arrives hot, the flavors are authentic and I sincerely wished they could open another location closer to downtown. Best Thai food in the Memphis area and my personal favorite restaurant to order from.”

“Never thought about Honey Baked Ham being anything other than a seasonal business and I was wrong. Quite the place to go to for sandwiches and quite a few other items. Lots of stuff to make or spice up a meal. Seating for about 20 people and rather quiet on the dine in, seems like it was one person right after another for take out. Nice job lace to just chill and watch Stage Road go by. Enjoy.”

“I understand they spend all day making basically the same burger, so when I come in and ask for a plain, it throws them off. 😂 So I'll just say it's great food and the staff is friendly. Also, I'd like to see better ingredients in everything. The tallow is an amazing start.

“Was on a road trip across the country and needed some caffeine. I got a strawberry and pineapple beauty tea and it was amazing. It wasn’t to water down like some other clubs I have been to. I let the lady working the bar about a severe allergy to Mango and she helped me pick a tea that didn’t involve it.”

“Went here recently, and so glad I did. Most places I've gotten chocolate eclairs only do whipped cream filling, which is gross. This place has custard filled ones, though they're called 'Long Johns' instead? My granny used to buy custard filled chocolate eclairs in the morning for me whenever I was at her house. These reminded me of those. I've looked for YEARS to find another place that does the custard filled ones. SO happy to have found this place, it was perfect and delicious. My only complaint was that I got there a bit early and they didn't have any biscuits. But, hopefully next time I will get to try the biscuits as well. Will definitely be going back for more of those custard filled eclairs, or 'Long Johns'. <3”

“I came to this location because it happened to be close to where I was and it was one of the cleanest subways I've ever been in. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I left my purse here for about 20-30 minutes and it was still there when I came back. My food was delicious as well. I don't understand why this place has bad reviews, but it's honestly one of the best subways I've been to.”

Food is tasty, can't speak to rest of the fountain drinks but the Dr pepper is mixed correctly! It's mostly empty on a Wednesday, before all the schools have let out. Perfect for my choice of table! I can't stress how much I needed a smile today, Mr Michael might just be the bright spot I needed to turn a rough day around.”

“Came in on a Sunday afternoon with my husband. The line was long but moving quickly. Those ladies hustled. They were out of a protein, but quickly handled it by bringing some from the back and swapping what he settled for what he wanted. Beautiful customer service. They even checked on usas we were eating. 5 🌟 to the staff at Chipotle. Will definitely be back. Thank you all!!”
