“So we haven't ate Burgerking in awhile as the one in Bristol seems to always let us down. So we decided to ride to this one and man it was great, the food was fresh, we got 2 whopper meals and the burgers was great almost like they was in the early 90s, the Fries was good and had the right amount of Salt The service was good also and very nice.
If we would see more Burger kings handled like this one I believe they would be a hit with everyone again“

Let’s set expectations correctly. This is not a life-changing meal. No angels sang. No one wept. But for an airport cafe? It’s solid. Respectable. Competently executed.

Eggs are cooked to order on a flat top. Sausage and toppings are actually cooked there, not reanimated from a steam tray. The bagels and muffins come from a bakery (as they should), and the whole operation feels like someone cared at least a reasonable amount.

This morning’s order: a simple egg muffin with cheddar and Canadian ham. Warm, balanced, did what it was supposed to do. Paired with a Tropicana orange juice because sometimes you just lean into the moment.

They’ve got coffee, espresso, and even a blended juice bar with fruit blended to order, which feels wildly ambitious for an airport in the Tri-Cities and deserves mild applause.

It’s good food. Not incredible. But good.
And sometimes, especially before a flight, that’s exactly what you want.“

“I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.. we ordered and had coupon .. upon ordering we were over charged and refused the mistake to be refunded . once we got our food . the fries were cold after asking for fresh ones .. half full boxes .. my bigmac was ordered plainly no lettuce light sauce it came out the opposite . the absolute most disgusting mess I've ever seen .. looked like it had been run over by a truck .. I kindly wipe the extra instead of light weird tasting sauce off with napkins to keep from being any trouble .. take 2 bites realize it's not done .. after debating to take the 17$ loss or try to change for other food .. I was refused once again ..saying it was half eaten .. the whole time all this is happening there's other customers there whos having the same trouble with there orders .I'm not worried that much about the $ what gets me the most is my family was treated like we had done something wrong . and refused any thing to change the wrong doing .. in front of customers . they acted like we done something wrong.. were going to talk to legal advice about the service, and the actions of your workers. we were treated like thieves. and was nothing but paying customers like everyone else who comes there .“

“Food was good at this location! The girl working was playing with her nose ring a lot when we were there. Looked like she was picking her nose... didn't go wash her hands after touching her nose! Our table had coffee or soda spots on it. The restroom was clean when we were there.“
