Burger Restaurants near Blountville

“So we haven't ate Burgerking in awhile as the one in Bristol seems to always let us down. So we decided to ride to this one and man it was great, the food was fresh, we got 2 whopper meals and the burgers was great almost like they was in the early 90s, the Fries was good and had the right amount of Salt The service was good also and very nice.
If we would see more Burger kings handled like this one I believe they would be a hit with everyone again“

“We have been to a lot of Hardee’s . From Maryland to Tennessee. We were very impressed by the staff. the service was spot on. Not a long wait for food. Food was delicious. The employees were steady moving. Never heard the manager yelling to get them to move and do their job. Again very impressed. Thanks.“

“I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.. we ordered and had coupon .. upon ordering we were over charged and refused the mistake to be refunded . once we got our food . the fries were cold after asking for fresh ones .. half full boxes .. my bigmac was ordered plainly no lettuce light sauce it came out the opposite . the absolute most disgusting mess I've ever seen .. looked like it had been run over by a truck .. I kindly wipe the extra instead of light weird tasting sauce off with napkins to keep from being any trouble .. take 2 bites realize it's not done .. after debating to take the 17$ loss or try to change for other food .. I was refused once again ..saying it was half eaten .. the whole time all this is happening there's other customers there whos having the same trouble with there orders .I'm not worried that much about the $ what gets me the most is my family was treated like we had done something wrong . and refused any thing to change the wrong doing .. in front of customers . they acted like we done something wrong.. were going to talk to legal advice about the service, and the actions of your workers. we were treated like thieves. and was nothing but paying customers like everyone else who comes there .“

“They have a very well oiled machine so to speak they take there job very serious and get it done !!!! There are a few that make me want to come back ,they know what they are doing in customer service and food prep , some could learn from them .... “Debbie and Mark are not only two good friends of mine, but we are so fortunate that they wanted to keep "Blue Circle" alive for us, as it had been in Bristol for many, many years!! I need to get by there more than I do, but when I have, the service has been excellent, the food is tasty, as I have had breakfast and hot dogs, and such so far! The Owners and staff work hard to make our experience a good one with their smiling, welcoming faces so we will want to come back for more good food, and great customer service!! These days it is hard to find great customer service, and when you do, along with the food being good, you will go back for more!!! “I love pals,but today . I ordered a big pal no mayo. The young ladies repeated order correctly ? but Imagine my surprise when I got home in fall branch I took a big ole bite . Fries n drink ate on way home upchucked it all. I still love pals. I'll be back. We're human and make mistakes“

“This was one of the best Burger Kings we've been to. Our food was served quickly even though they were busy. The fries were filled to the brim and the toppings on the burgers were excellent quality! It's clean and the people were friendly.

“We found this place on a road trip detour. Naturally, we stopped because most-adorable-hamburger-place-ever. The service was what a drive thru service would expect to be but who cares because THE BURGER AND FRIES. You know when you see someone on tv eat a really good fast food burger and fries from the 50s? No? Well, trust me. This one does NOT disappoint. We’re not talking about health food folks, calm down. It’s a tasty, melty, greasy, cheesy monstrous burger with crispy, salty fries. Yes, I unapologetically topped it off with a soda AND a chocolate milkshake, because who doesn’t want to risk diarrhea at a truck stop?
Pal’s finds it place on my top 3 burger road food list. Grab some napkins, will ya?“

“I have never been inside but I've been thru the drive thru many times for breakfast! Always kind staff and food is always hot and great and my order has always been correct! I sure do miss the old fashioned cinnamon raisin biscuits that were like home made.“

“I'm vegan with a lot of food allergies and I've found that I can substitute the Impossible patty on any sandwich, plus change toppings, to make it what I want!
The associates are always accommodating and the sandwiches are prepared fresh and exactly as I ordered.

“Breakfast prime rib biscuit with egg very good. Hubby & I used coupon received yesterday in mail so reasonable. At full price, I'd probably buy ham & egg biscuit, but yummy change. Bristol TN still no dine in or outside dining.“

“We called Monday to see if they would be open for dinner as my stepmother has been placed in hospice and this is her favorite place to eat. He said they were closing at 4:00 pm which was too quick for us to get there, and upon hearing that he offered to stay open until 5:00 so we could get there. When we arrived at 4:30 they treated us like family from the moment we arrived until we left. They made her last experience there amazing and were sure to make sure she had everything she wanted and needed. To say it was amazing would not do it justice for how special they made us feel here. The food was absolutely amazing, the service was second to none and the attitude and compassion made our hearts so full we were overwhelmed. The owner and his wife deserve to have as much business as they could possibly handle and want, people like them are very hard to find these days but when you do they deserve to be supported. You won’t regret your decision to have a meal here on any level, give them a try and experience what it’s like to be treated with gratitude and respect from people that have wonderful souls and truly appreciate your business. “Visited tonight, seemed to be a after Church rush inside and the drive thru was wrapped around. What I noticed from the staff was outstanding, you could tell it was a absolute overwhelming time. Those young folks handled it with calm and stayed focused on getting orders out timely. Noticed the person working the window, also overwhelmed but handled the rush very well!!!! All of them deserve a bonus.“

“In Bristol Tn, go to the Sonic on Volunteer Parkway. The one on West State has a VERY VERY RUDE woman working there. She actually argued with me about a special that Sonic was running. I called the Volunteer Parkway Sonic and asked if that special was still running as the app said. The VERY VERY NICE lady answered yes it was. I told her what the other location had said. She was speechless. I will not be going back to West State St Sonic.“

“Stopped in for a late breakfast. I got an omelette with ham, cheese, peppers and onions. I also got the fruit, which was cold and fresh. Really good! Service was quick and attentive without being intrusive. The coffee was great. Good place to grab a bite.“

“I went for a Taco Salad last night ticket #3349 restaurant #00010925 Volunteer Parkway Bristol, Tn. I was served the slimiest, nastiest, grossed salad EVER for $9.28. It looked like a Science project. I had to drive ALL the way back and go in this time instead of the drive thru. I ask for a salad that was fresh. The lady looked into the frig were they are stored shook her head but didn't trash the other nasty ones they planned on serving but did request for me a new one fresh made as I requested. Was scared to eat it even because the man that made it was highly pissed when he brought it from the back. I never got an apology for my trouble, no manager spoke to me to apologize. Stood there forever and when I ask for a small cup for a drink since I had been waiting so long that was refused. I shall never eat there again. Times are tough and just to come home still scared to eat what they gave me because they were pissed is sad. Lesson learned $9.28 down the drain 😔 threw it away as well as my relationship with them.“
