The speed of their order is the most impressive part as $40-50 multiple person family orders can be finished and ready in moments. Staff are super friendly and the food is great quality for fast food. The prices are reasonable, but totally random. I wonder if corporate throws darts to pick the prices?“

“My husband ,myself and our 3yr old granddaughter came in to Arbys for the first time in this area. I want to tell you the lady Courtney Phillips waited on us and she was the most helpful and polite person we have had in fast food. The place was also clean and atmosphere was wonderful. Thank you for your great workers in Blountvolle,Tn on 394. Will be back for sure

“We have been to a lot of Hardee’s . From Maryland to Tennessee. We were very impressed by the staff. the service was spot on. Not a long wait for food. Food was delicious. The employees were steady moving. Never heard the manager yelling to get them to move and do their job. Again very impressed. Thanks.“

“So we haven't ate Burgerking in awhile as the one in Bristol seems to always let us down. So we decided to ride to this one and man it was great, the food was fresh, we got 2 whopper meals and the burgers was great almost like they was in the early 90s, the Fries was good and had the right amount of Salt The service was good also and very nice.
If we would see more Burger kings handled like this one I believe they would be a hit with everyone again“

“The 2 gentleman at the drive thru were awesome they made me feel wanted and my service was wanted they are truly awesome young men I was there around 1400 hrs, and they made my day, also the store is immaculate the drive thru was wonderful.......The manager on shift has the best Taco Bell in the tricities......the 2 gentleman at the drive thru really just made my day.......“

“I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.. we ordered and had coupon .. upon ordering we were over charged and refused the mistake to be refunded . once we got our food . the fries were cold after asking for fresh ones .. half full boxes .. my bigmac was ordered plainly no lettuce light sauce it came out the opposite . the absolute most disgusting mess I've ever seen .. looked like it had been run over by a truck .. I kindly wipe the extra instead of light weird tasting sauce off with napkins to keep from being any trouble .. take 2 bites realize it's not done .. after debating to take the 17$ loss or try to change for other food .. I was refused once again ..saying it was half eaten .. the whole time all this is happening there's other customers there whos having the same trouble with there orders .I'm not worried that much about the $ what gets me the most is my family was treated like we had done something wrong . and refused any thing to change the wrong doing .. in front of customers . they acted like we done something wrong.. were going to talk to legal advice about the service, and the actions of your workers. we were treated like thieves. and was nothing but paying customers like everyone else who comes there .“

There are a few that make me want to come back ,they know what they are doing in customer service and food prep , some could learn from them .... Satisfaction 100% I felt like I needed to leave her cash tip and 20% on the card. You don’t find people that actually will wanna talk most the time even when it’s almost time to close ( especially when you’re the only one there closing ) but my two friends I were all happy with our subs and I was happy she was able to close down shop right on time.

PAY TESSA MORE!!! She’s truly one you wanna keep. Especially in the days that everyone complains about not having loyal /hard workers. Treat the good ones you have with respect and kindness and see how much better your team can be. How much people will wanna work for you!! It doesn’t have to be a dog eat dog all the time. We are all just trying to survive and be happy in the crazy world we are in.
