This location forgot part of my togo-order. I informed them immediately while still at the store then proceeded to show the order and the receipt but both the togo server and the manager had an attitude and refused to help in any way! A small issue they could have easily resolved turned into me leaving without my food and going out of my way to buy the same item again!
Waiter acted very impatient. He kept asking us what was missing but we never did get all of our food. We eventually just paid for our food through the table kiosk and left.
A huge thank you to Chili's Market Street for helping provide food for the Devia family while they are here with their family member who is in critical condition at Erlanger from a tragic holiday traffic accident. Chili's assistance is truly a testament of how Chattanoogans come together to help not only locals but also neighbors visiting from other states and countries. Thank you, thank you, thank you...
