McDonald's in Cleveland

“Not sure much of anything that you can say about McDonald’s other than I use the drive-through and got an iced coffee. Also had a sausage egg McMuffin, which actually tasted better than other McDonald’s. Easy to get to and always convenient.“

“This place is the best McDonald’s I ever visited. Food is delicious and fresh. We usually eat from mcd just when we are in hurry without expectations. This location surprisingly good. Manager and people were so kind. They even decorated whole place with Eastern decorations which was so cute.“

“I stopped here with my two sons and was pleased to find a play area, the ability to order at the register ( I'm not a fan of the kiosk) and helpful staff who brought the food to our table.

“Restaurants are only as good as the people making it happen. Then, chain restaurants specifically are supposed to be the same at every place and that's rarely the case. I'm writing this because a manager here named Joe has shown professionalism and customer service that separates this Mcdonald's from others and other restaurants in general. Joe cares about his product and making customers happy. Repeat business is absolutely crucial, and I have no doubt Joe is helping make this happen for this location. No, I do not know him, haha. I think he deserves some recognition, and wish there were more like him.“

“Went flawlessly, lol. I ordered a sausage mcmuffin with no cheese and a coke. Half the time, they still put cheese on it and occasionally an egg too 😄 but not this location! My muffin was toasted and hot, I don't like it when they come out a bit soggy and cold but it wasn't. And my Coca-Cola was cold and refreshing... there is nothing like a Coca-Cola from McDonalds!“
