“Ellie and Audrey served us this evening. We had the chicken breast fillet, wings, tater wedges, tacos, tater tots. I could not ask for better food or service. Locally owned and operated. I highly recommend them to anyone. I would love to see Salmon Burger added to the menu.“

“I've been going to this Pal's for as long as I can remember. The food and service are always excellent and a good value. The food tasted freshly made and was hot. The fries were fresh out of the fryer and seasoned perfectly. It was a pretty day so we ate outside under the awning which was neat and pi ked up.“

“Chad, assistant manager, and his team are the BEST! I needed assistance with ordering to which they quickly responded to with resolution and smiles. This location is above average in customer service. Pals couldn't have selected a better team. Having been to other locations with decent service, this one by far #1. So impressive that my grandsons took notice made them smile.

“Picked up food tonight for my family members that was in hospital. When I ask the gentleman working the drivethru for a drink tray and told him why I was needing it he doubled the trays and ask me to pull forward to wait on my food. When he brought my food out he had it fixed in a bag with handles and a cup holder inside. He said since I had to carry it into a hospital he thought that would work better. I really appreciate his thoughtfulness,“

“We went to Applebee’s on 7/25. It was one of the best experiences. Only complaint is that the AC couldn’t keep up with the heatwave but completely understandable. Our server, Joey, was the kindest, most courteous and well mannered server we have had in a while. His appearance was clean cut and service was top notch. What a sweet guy. Please be sure to recognize his skill and mannerisms. He deserves it.“

“I never really have anything negative to say about Pal's. The food is always hot and fast and the sweet tea is always cold and fresh. If you've never had Pal's before and you live in the East Tennessee area, what are you waiting on? Stop by any of their locations and try a sauceburger or a Big Pal burger and never forget those wonderful fries!“

“Tonight, {Thursday} during my dine in at Burger King 1540 East Stone Drive Kpt, I was greeted by BK employee John Who was working the front counter and took my order, John was very Courteous, Polite, Professional, and got my order correct the first time, he appeared very well trained, not to mention Customer Oriented. This is the type person I like to see when dining at a restaurant, this is what keeps me wanting to come back. The food was exceptional fresh & hot as well. Thank you John for such outstanding service. Keep up the good work, Burger King Should be very proud to have you as a employee. and hopefully advancing you in the near future. “The breakfast crew and Stephanie are super polite and helpful. I always love coming here. Hats off to my afternoon chick that always makes my snack wraps extra delicious for me bc she knows sometimes it’s hard for me to eat. She is the kindest soul I’ve met in a while :)“
