“I love the First Pals in Kingsport Tennessee it is great I have ate at a all of them but 4 Pals it truly East Tennessee I am the greatest Pals fan I even have a Pals t shirt and hat I would love to be a Pals spokesman J Wyatt me and Ma love Pals“

“Located at Ft. Henry and Eastman rd and the closest to my house it has been my go to pals for 12years This Pals has to be in the top 3 busiest locations yet it can be lined out on to the road and still never takes more than 7-8 mins to get through and on your way . While I always have to check my order from other fast food places and always something not right here I can’t recall it ever being wrong as for the other locations also maybe 2X ever and all the staff are always friendly and cheerful no matter had swapped they are lastly as one of my kids did work there during high school the lowest score they have gotten from the heath department I believe is like a 97 give or take a point be usually getting a 99 or 100“

“Earlier today there was an accident which involved the car running through the flower bed and ended up hitting my wife's vehicle. The owner of this Pals came out to check on everyone, offered free drinks, and even took the elderly man who was involved in the accident to pick up his medication he was on the way to get and then took him home. He is an amazing person who went above and beyond for a stranger in need. The world needs more people like him.“

“Just wanted to express genuine gratitude towards the workers here. My husband and I hardly have extra cash to get fast food (and it’s usually Pals that we crave) and when I say I’m hardly ever let down, thank you! My husband once worked at Pals and he knows how tough it can be. But thank you all for always doing your best even if is your worst day. You all truly are making someone’s day better. All this for a hot dog and patty melt 😅“

“As a drive thru restaurant only, the parking lot and drive thru lane were very clean and the yard was well maintained. From what I could see from the drive up window, the store was very clean. The employees were extremely nice and seemed to be knowledgeable about the menu. My food and drink order was accurate, hot, and tasted good. Highly recommend this location of Pal”s.“

“Hands down the best place to be for shooting pool, hanging out with your friends, enjoying a cold beverage and great food. The staff is absolutely amazing. Very clean and healthy environment. Kids and dogs are welcome so that’s a huge plus. 10 out of 10 experience and absolutely enjoy going there.“

“Tonight, {Thursday} during my dine in at Burger King 1540 East Stone Drive Kpt, I was greeted by BK employee John Who was working the front counter and took my order, John was very Courteous, Polite, Professional, and got my order correct the first time, he appeared very well trained, not to mention Customer Oriented. This is the type person I like to see when dining at a restaurant, this is what keeps me wanting to come back. The food was exceptional fresh & hot as well. Thank you John for such outstanding service. Keep up the good work, Burger King Should be very proud to have you as a employee. and hopefully advancing you in the near future. “Picked up food tonight for my family members that was in hospital. When I ask the gentleman working the drivethru for a drink tray and told him why I was needing it he doubled the trays and ask me to pull forward to wait on my food. When he brought my food out he had it fixed in a bag with handles and a cup holder inside. He said since I had to carry it into a hospital he thought that would work better. I really appreciate his thoughtfulness,“

“I come here every so many months. Food is always good, comes out fast. The service isn't bad, but the servers all seem like they're ready to go home lol as if they loath being there. Which is valid but it would be nice to fake a little enthusiasm.“
