“My 1st time at a O’Charleys. We went to the one at South Mall Rd. In Knoxville Tn. The 4 of us all enjoyed our food.Lots of flavor & served hot !! The server Jodie was sweet & on the ball, we never had to ask for any refills, she was there doing it & so friendly..The hostess was very friendly & had the biggest smile & greeted everyone like she was your best friend..The manager was very friendly too. We will definitely go back ASAP .“

“We LOVE this little place. Great breakfast...love those biscuits and gravy. We were there for lunch last week and had the grilled chicken sandwich which was a full breast and really juicy. I saw the meatloaf which is next on my list to try.“
