“Contrary to some surprisingly negative reviews, I do like this place very much. I’m a lifelong Pennsylvanian and my fiancée is a lifelong Tennesseean. We were in town visiting her family this week as we both live up north now. The burgers were excellent, the service was acceptable, place was clean, prices were reasonable. I’ll be back when we come back to visit family again. I’m a fan of this place!“

“When I tell you this was some of the best food I have had in a long time, I am not kidding! 😊 The Smokey Burger was fantastic and huge! The bacon was perfectly crispy. I am not usually a crispy bacon fan, but their bacon changed my mind. 😍 The onion rings were perfectly crisp and the batter was neither too sweet or too salty. It was a perfect balance. It is definitely a family friendly place with great service. I highly recommend! 😊“

“I've seen it there for the past month and finally stopped by. I'm glad I did I had the Bacon cheese burger meal with fries and drink and a steak Taco. Prices are decent and food was delicious.“

“Fries were great, especially when dipped in ranch! We ordered two different burgers McGhee Tyson, which was huge, and the Farragut. Both burgers were very good and filling. We also got fried green tomatoes which I won't get again. Tomatoes were $10 for about 5 slices of a small tomato which didn't have much flavor and they came with a pimento cheese that definitely did not match well with the tomatoes. Would have matched better with a seasoned sauce much like a roasted honey mustard or honey BBQ. We ordered Fried Green Tomatoes before we ordered our Burgers but the tomatoes didn't come out until after the burgers came. By that time we really didn't have much use for the tomatoes anymore. Not an appetizer if it comes after the entree. We have only gone there once. Maybe it was a fluke we will visit again.“

“Our server, Isaac, was amazing and truly made our dining experience enjoyable. He was incredibly proactive, he let us know an order came out wrong before even bringing it to the table and assured us he was already fixing it. That level of attention really stood out.

He was also very accommodating, which made a big difference dining with a rambunctious three-year-old. Despite us ordering a lot of mixed drinks for the table, everything came out quickly and smoothly. we never felt like we were waiting.

At one point, we thought we had lost our card, and Isaac went out of his way to help my husband look for it. We ended up finding it in our car, but his willingness to help made a stressful moment much easier.

There were several moments where our experience could have gone wrong, but thanks to Isaac’s attentiveness and proactive approach, everything went seamlessly. We really appreciated it and will definitely be back!“

“We just went for the Fri night fish fry and we LOVED the catfish. The crinkle fries, slaw and hushpuppies were also good. It was packed with people and I thought they handled the crowd pretty well considering it was just their second time for this.“

I am in about twice a month or so to purchase ham and smoked turkey and rum cakes . “My 1st time at a O’Charleys. We went to the one at South Mall Rd. In Knoxville Tn. The 4 of us all enjoyed our food.Lots of flavor & served hot !! The server Jodie was sweet & on the ball, we never had to ask for any refills, she was there doing it & so friendly..The hostess was very friendly & had the biggest smile & greeted everyone like she was your best friend..The manager was very friendly too. We will definitely go back ASAP .“

“I have to give this place 5 stars ! Great entertainment almost every night of the week. 16 tv's , Darts ,karaoke on Mondays and Thursdays and they have live music on the other nights! “I work here atm lol come down and see me I work 2nds and some thirds and I'll make sure the service is great!! I recommend any hrs to go tho because all the cooks we have are amazing and the food comes out amazing whether I work here or not I'll always Come and eat at the halls location!!! I highly recommend servers Jenn H, sam H, and pineapple and a few others on third shift!! All the ladies on first shift are amazing!!“

“Clinton.Tn Went though the drive thru and bought brisket dinner and a brisket sandwich. The brisket was like wallet leather dry and the fries were stale and cold I took it inside and the crew today was so respectful and thoughtful. They apologized and made fresh fries and the just had fresh brisket come out. I will def. Retired because of the customer service I experienced. However, ensuring food meets quality before being served should be more focused on.“
