“Lou is a true gem. My husband and I decided to give Lou's a try after a recommendation from his co-worker that he had the best steak and cheese and pretty much everything. My husband and Lou bonded over both being from New York and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. My husband had the steak and cheese and I decided to go with the chicken cheese steak based on Lou's recommendation and we split both subs. Everything was hot, fresh, and mouthwateringly delicious. The housemade tea and lemonade was phenomenal and our fries were perfectly seasoned hot and fresh. I will definitely be a repeat customer. You will be doing yourself a great disservice if you do not visit this establishment and give this wonderful human being your business.“

“Management of a location can make all the difference! Walking into this HBH on a busy Friday before Easter, all the employees were upbeat and engaging with the guests. When it was my turn, I was greeted with a sincere smile and assisted to ensure all my needs for the holiday were met. They had plenty of sliced ham for those not needing to feed a crowd and to go items for anyone needing lunch. The east side will now be my go to location! Thank you team for the great service!!!!“

“First time there and I would say it was good comfort food. Service was spot on and our server Michael made it a fun experience. The decor takes you back to the 50s and 60s which is always cool to see. My only complaint on the place is the seats. The booth we sat in was like sitting on a pile of rocks. They are too tight as well and finding a spot for your feet was awkward. I would certainly recommend the food but would likely do carry out in the future.“

“There's something special about waffle House. It's more than the sum of its parts. Yes the food is just average yes it's loud Yes it's crowded. But all of that adds up and gives it its charm. “My 1st time at a O’Charleys. We went to the one at South Mall Rd. In Knoxville Tn. The 4 of us all enjoyed our food.Lots of flavor & served hot !! The server Jodie was sweet & on the ball, we never had to ask for any refills, she was there doing it & so friendly..The hostess was very friendly & had the biggest smile & greeted everyone like she was your best friend..The manager was very friendly too. We will definitely go back ASAP .“

“We love this tiny place. It's very small town feeling in a good way, they have a large menu, great ice cream, good food. That being said, be prepared to wait a little while, even if using the drive through. And they tend to run out of things later in the evening. The staff has been mostly nice teens/young adults that like to laugh and seem to generally enjoy being there.“
