“I've never been to Chick-fil-A in Crossville that wasn't on point, 100%! The service is always top notch and for the first time the other day, I went through the drive-thru and they had a sign posted saying that due to inclement weather you would have to adjust order at the drive-thru kiosk. It worked perfectly! I didn't even know this thing worked but their food is always exactly the same, delicious, hot and on point. There's no wonder there is always a line at Chick-fil-A in Crossville, which moves very fast by the way, and no lines at most other fast food retailers just a few hundred yards away. I wish we had two of them. Excellent job guys!“

“Had lunch at the Crossville Ruby Tuesday today. Everything was clean and the salad bar is one of the best. It’s always our go to when we are in Crossville. Our server, Adam was very pleasant and accommodating.“

“The food is always fresh and the flavor is excellent. The employees are helpful, friendly, and efficient. I only have one issue with this location and it's the lack of AC in the building. Even in the middle of summer, you'll be cooler sitting outside than you are sitting inside.“
