“The young man that was trying to close up took my order around 4 pm today. Made us some good sandwiches. With the computer system having issues. Thank you for working hard despite the circumstances. This store closes early due to staff shortages. One reason I had to take off a star.“

“My husband and I have been a customer for at least 6 times, we have always been satisfied until today 1/10/26.
We always get the same thing. Today the subs were very sloppy made. When we got them home they were all to pieces, you could not pick them up to eat. We fixed them the best we could so we could eat them.
The guys and the girl that were making the subs did a very poor job. We were very DISAPPOINTED.
We will be back for another try, but if those that made the subs today are working we will NOT order
I told the guy last week when we were in there how good the subs were. I didn't get his name, he does a fabulous job when he makes our subs. Maybe the people working today could use some more training. We were in there at 3:00 pm today.“

“Always feel welcome when I go in. Great food and outstanding employees. With it being in a truck stop, they have to follow the pilot guidelines. Don't be that person and argue with the employees because salt & pepper are in separate containers and not in a single one. Or how the chicken is in prepackaged trays and how they are not using a scoop to put the chicken on.

If you have issues with them, call corporate and don't argue with the employees.“

Ive been there on many accatoins an no matter how long its been she remembers me and always a friendly short conversation person.. which me being a driver i appreciate! Deffently the reason i revisted the store tonight an will definitely always be my subway on my route!!“

“If i could leave 10 stars for Josh who worked the Monday rush today in white pine... I would. Hes very knowledgeable, hes calm, hes sweet. He handled that rush like he owns the place. I also called the store to tell him how great he was.
I will be returning to this location in hopes of him being my sandwich artist!!
He was the only one on shift and he did the absolute best with handling walk ins and to gos. HE DESERVES A RAISE. I tipped him well because I know how stressful it is to deal with people in customer server. I hope you see this Josh!

“When I came in I didn't expect the man who was working to be as knowledgeable and friendly as he was. John was the only one in the store running it at the time. He had informed me of all the different possibilities that weren't even on the menu in store. He was extremely friendly and helpful. The store was fairly clean. As he handled my order he would offer options and give recommendations. All together it was a good experience, and i had fun while ordering food and you don't get that kind of exchange in the food industry anymore.“

“Idk who owns this, but if you think I'm coming in here to pay you $14 plus tax for a foot long SANDWICH you are mistaken. If I have a coupon I'll be back otherwise I can go to Longhorn in Morristown and get a steak bp and a salad and bread for $18 tax included. This is really price gouging at its finest. The manager is awesome 👍 she saved me walking out the door with a coupon“

“Open spacious and clean. They accepted my coupon for a sandwich. Shelves are near and organized, every item was in stock.

Nice staff work here. I was told by staff that at lunch it gets very busy, keep that in mind if you are in a hurry.

I would stop here again.“
