“Great job!! Had a great meal with very pleasant service. DQ is not usually on my radar. Decided to give it a go with my 3 kiddos in tow! So grateful for the staff who were courteous, helpful, and delightful! The team worked very hard to make sure we were taken care of and had a great experience! Always a huge plus was how quickly we received our meals! We will definitely be back!!“

“The guy on the speaker was condescending and rude. I simply asked if a Mcflurry could be substituted for a drink on a combo. A simple no would have been great, rather than a sarcastic and condescending "Uh no, Mcflurrys are desserts." I didn't ask if they were desserts. When I got up to the window I asked to speak to the "manager". (I use the term loosly) She stated the guy had autism and simply spoke in a very "matter of fact tone." Let me tell you he was not "matter of fact" in his tone. he said it in a way which came across as (are you stupid?) If it was just a matter of fact tone, why would I have felt so belittled? That's how his inflections were in his tone. As I was handing my debit card to the "manager" I simply said that maybe he's not the best choice to speak to people over the intercom. She proceeded to dismiss me by waving me off and tell me I could leave and shut the window. Never did I use vulgar language, raise my voice or was argumentative. There was no reason to deny me service. In my almost 50 years on this Earth, never have I been treated so rudley and dismissively for voicing my opinion on how I was treated thru the intercom.“

“Mooyah...burger joint par excellence! Everything I have ever eaten there is fresh (prepared after you order) and perfectly seasoned. Service is friendly and engaged with the guests. But wait, there's more. I challenge you to try their chocolate shakes which are not dispensed out of a machine. I'd be shocked if you didn't say, "The best I ever had!"“

“Another recent visit on a rainy chilly January day. Dogs and hamburgers are still classic winners. Good spice on the fries. Usual friendly quick cooked to order service. You can't go wrong taking the kids here.

We stopped by for hard serve icecream on waffle cones. The place was packed with so much recent notoriety from their famous decked out hotdogs but the desert line was seperate so we were served immediately. It's no Brusters, but the store bought quality of icecream was good and the price per cone easier on the pocket book then were it made in store. We will be repeat visitors.“

“We went through the drive-thru with a large order. They accidentally missed one item. No big deal. I went in to ask for the one item. The manager was so nice and apologetic. He went above and beyond to make sure our order was correct. Great customer service. Our food was also delicious and fresh.“

“We go here often and always get great food with generous portions at a good price. The service is always good and the food comes out pretty quickly even though they are usually pretty busy. We have been to several Mexican restaurants around town and this is our go to because of the consistent quality and service.“

“Usually Applebee's is a 5/5, but apparently not on Sundays. We have been going to Applebee's since I was a child. Ben, is the best bartender, hands down. When he is there, even when they are short staffed, the service, the atmosphere, and the experience is topnotch. The last few times I've been there on his day off shows me that the right person at the center is very important.“

“My 9yo daughter wanted Double Dogs for her birthday. While they told me they don’t take reservations, they said they would do their best to prepare for us. We showed up with 30 people. They got us seated quickly with best accommodations that they could for a large party. The waitress and the manager took great care of us. We didn’t wait long for food or anything. (I will say we picked a Sunday night to avoid some of the crowd). We’ve went plenty of places with this big crowd, but the experience this time at DD was one of the best!“

“The food at Cook Out is always delicious and the value is tremendous! A burger, two elaborate sides, and a drink for $7.99 ?!? Try getting that anywhere else. And the food is made to order so it never sits and turns into hockey pucks. Try the Cajun Wrap as a side!“

“The food was great. They waiter wasn't very friendly, not rude, just not not friendly and not attentive. He let our dri is run out and we had to ask another waitress to send him over. They messed up part of our order, when we got the bill we could see he had put it in correctly, but the kitchen had not plated up as he had order it. Once it was straightened out it was great. My steak was great and husband liked his burger.“

“The double 1/4# with cheese is always fresh now they make them when you order them. In the past they would be stale from sitting under a heat lamp. Sometimes, it takes a minute but fresh is best for me. Cust service people were friendly and smiled.“

“I'd like to apologize to the manager of this place. I called him this morning about a complaint but got the wrong Burger king address. He was very cordial and polite, good customer skills. I hate that I got the wrong burger king. The one that shut down early on Sunday at 11/17/24 was at 8412 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919.

“Went this morning around 11 am, Service from Amy was Fantastic, Very Cheerful, Friendly, Great Customer Service, Super Awesome Job, Amy!! She even brought the Onion Ring Sauce over to our Table after sitting down, went out of Her Way!! A+, Top Notch!! “This was my first time visiting Honeybee Coffee Co! The industrial design and elements, such as the light fixtures, adds a cool and unique touch to the atmosphere.

I was especially impressed by the roastery room available for customers to view as beans are roasted in house! Unfortunately, when I arrived there were none roasting, but I’d love to come by again to watch the process. There was also an outdoor patio that I plan on checking out next time I visit.

Looking at the menu, although there were some seasonal options available, the overall selection was pretty limited. From the financial perspective of the company, I can understand there are probably multiple reasons why a limited menu is helpful. However, I would’ve loved to see more options for add-on’s such as syrups or a wider selection of alternative milks.

I ended up ordering an iced latte with brown sugar and macadamia nut milk. It was delicious! I will for sure be back to this shop when I’m in town.“

“The grilled cheese frisco burger was GREAT but the 3 piece chicken tenders I recv'd was just okay (not hot and the pieces were SMALL for the $). My fries were good after I had to come back from the car seeing they FORGOT to include in my order; then half were like they came from the bottom of the basket (all small pieces).🙂“

“Excellent service. The manager on duty (Keagan) was taking orders at the window and has fantastic customer service skills. Blizzards were made by Leif (we got two) and they were superb! We were worried when making special request changes to our order but they followed what we asked for 100%. Will surely be back!“
