“I love this place! Healthy choices and a unique menu with plenty of options to customize your meal. I typically order the kids meal which is an afforable option for a light lunch and comes with a drink. The cucumber mint is my favorite drink and I always get the pita chips with crazy feta and skhug sauce. We tried the cinnamon pita chips today with honey. Perfect ending to a great meal. Thankful to my daughter in law for introducing me to CAVA.“

“I do recommend Country Burrito. However…today I visited your Town Center location, and my experience wasn’t great. The food was fantastic, bathroom was very clean, atmosphere was nice, but it seems the hostess waited on us, and unfortunately she was not attentive to our table, kept forgetting us it seemed like. We didn’t even get a check back for a refill on our drinks until towards the end of the meal. Then, out of nowhere she straight up left work. We sat there for 30 minutes trying to flag down another waiter who was busy with what seemed like all the tables in there. I’m not sure they know, but staff shouldn’t leave work unless all of their tables are closed out. If our table was meant to be taken over by another server, we should have been told. There was no communication. I have never not tipped for service, but in this case there was literally no service. My only recommendation would be to have your front of house employees be more structured and responsible. Sadly, this also isn’t our first experience with something like this happening before, either. We may have to just get our food to go from now on. I’d hate to see the company fall under because of no service. Please do something about it.“

“We were pleased to find that the food, drinks, and service of Don Gallo's was as it used to be when it first opened in Hardin Valley. We'd had some rather disappointing drinks and meals on several occasions from 2019 to 2022, so we stopped eating there. Gave it another try for dinner and we were very pleased with everything. We will return.“

“Everytime I'm in the area, I stop by this location. 🙏 I asked the guy to make me two poke bowls of whatever he makes for himself and they were amazing 🤤 Flavors and textures I never thought to combine. I always request for them to create the bowls, but it only works out well at the cedar bluff location. 🤷“

“The last server we had was not very attentive. We were in the bar and her name I believe was Kayla. She checked in twice and brought us the wrong drinks. We were annoyed so didn’t even bring it up. Definitely dissatisfied and disappointed“

“We ordered delivery, but somebody accidentally forgot my drink. The delivery driver (I think his name was Joshua) called to let me know he would bring it back, we tried to tell him he didn’t have to because it’s raining and late, but he said he was absolutely going to get it to me tonight. He not only brought my drink, but upgraded the size and left 2 coupons. It’s pouring rain, 9:30 at night, he really did NOT have to do that. I am so GRATEFUL. Thank you for going the extra mile!“

“This is my favorite blaze pizza location! They sometimes get pretty backed up with orders, but it’s worth the wait here! The gluten free crust is great. They take allergies seriously. Today, after a long day at work, I ordered my pizza online to the wrong location, and they were able to make my pizza and transfer the order/payment from the other location. The service is incredible and I totally recommend it here“

“We stopped at Chick-fil-A for a quick bite before our movie and decided to try the new Pretzel Club sandwiches, both the grilled and the original fillet. It’s nice to see some fresh menu options, even if it’s just a different bun style, and we’re happy to report that both sandwiches were delicious and definitely worth trying.
As expected from Chick-fil-A, the service was excellent. Izzy (if I caught the name correctly) was friendly, efficient, and kept the dining area tidy when not helping customers at the register. Overall, a great experience!“

“Our meal at the Hardin Valley location was fantastic! I had a taco salad with grilled chicken, and it was loaded with chicken and everything else, and was well seasoned and so flavorful! Even my daughter’s chicken tenders and fries were well seasoned and delicious. She is a picky eater, and kept telling me how good her lunch was. And the host and server (Samuel A) were fantastic- friendly, attentive, and helpful. Super experience!!!!!“

“I eat here regularly and always have a hot and fresh meal as everything is prepared as ordered. The staff are excellent and personable! As a bonus, I'm a parent of a Marching Admiral (Farragut High School Band) and they have been THE BEST with helping us this year on various levels. Thank you Zaxby's Farragut for being a sponsor of the FHS Band!!“
